Outdated and useless
This app doesn’t allow u to do anything productive besides freeze ur card! It seems like it has not been updated since 2010!! I’m personally not a fan of it, as u can see 😑

Worst banking app
I have several banking apps and this one is by far the worst. Difficult to use, difficult to reset password. Not user friendly.

I have hated this app as long as I’ve had it. It is minimalistic and sparse looking. The login is the worst part. Clicking “remember me” doesn’t do anything. They force you to make a new password every so often. If you leave the app for just a second and come back, you often have to log back in. While I’m here, I’m going to complain about the bank itself too. Why the hell do they close at 4:30 mon-thurs? The bank next door closes at 6 every day. I will be closing my accounts when my loan is paid off. I do not like the bank or its app.
