Not reliable
If you need to rely on this app to open K3 Pro do not purchase the item. It will ask you to press the # every time you open it. What is the purpose behind this app? Last time they updated the app was 18 months ago and I’m sure not the only one that has complained about it.
Why do I need an account to open a safe?
I just want to pair my safe to my phone. I don’t need a cloud account, and I’m not certainly not giving any personal information away. This safe is going back to the store!
I had no issues
Installed the app and it works fine for me. I use the app with a gun safe box.
Don’t even bother
Don’t waste your time with the app, it’s completely useless. Never made it past the whole sign up and link because it wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. Did it 3 times and said screw it. Just read the directions that come with your stuff on setting up and save the time screwing around with the app. After all, it is Chinese 🤷🏽♂️
