Be careful about multiple charges
This is a good game, and I enjoyed it but recently the buy it once and play forever promise has gone down the tubes. Over the past year, when I have tried to play this game, which I purchased four years ago, I have been charged each and every time. I asked for a refund and used to get it but lately I’ve gotten a lot of pushback about it. One customer service rep for Big Fish actually told me there are “many titles under the fear for sale banner” and perhaps I’m just trying to buy one I haven’t bought before. Talk about gaslighting — I very well understand what I bought before. I’ve been charge close $35 and have been refunded except for this last time. I don’t understand how their system doesn’t see that I have bought it and don’t need to buy it again. I think they’re hoping most people won’t notice. It seems like a money grab.

Really good game with good story and interesting puzzles.
To many glitches
If the game didn’t have so many glitches it would of been fun. Nice graphics
Glitches
There’s a place where you open a cabinet and you pick up an item, and then there’s an item that needs completing. There was also a pulley wheel to pick up, which I missed, and once you complete the other item the screen closes and you can’t get it any more. So, I restarted the game and made sure to get it this time. Then another glitch in the bonus game! The same type! If you don’t pick up the wheel handle before completing the dial it closes and you can’t get it anymore. So now I’m stuck but not going to replay the whole game again just to get to replay the bonus game! Otherwise, the game is good. It’s long, and the story is interesting. There are lots of mini games, some that I hadn’t seen before. Plenty of hos too, some scenes are revisited. Too bad there are glitches!

Messed up right after I paid.
I’m stuck on the part where the hint is telling me I need to click but it won’t let me click it. And i don’t have the item I need to move forward. I would like a refund.
