Be careful about multiple charges
This is a good game, and I enjoyed it but recently the buy it once and play forever promise has gone down the tubes. Over the past year, when I have tried to play this game, which I purchased four years ago, I have been charged each and every time. I asked for a refund and used to get it but lately I’ve gotten a lot of pushback about it. One customer service rep for Big Fish actually told me there are “many titles under the fear for sale banner” and perhaps I’m just trying to buy one I haven’t bought before. Talk about gaslighting — I very well understand what I bought before. I’ve been charge close $35 and have been refunded except for this last time. I don’t understand how their system doesn’t see that I have bought it and don’t need to buy it again. I think they’re hoping most people won’t notice. It seems like a money grab.

Really good game with good story and interesting puzzles.

If the game didn’t have so many glitches it would of been fun. Nice graphics
Glitches
There’s a place where you open a cabinet and you pick up an item, and then there’s an item that needs completing. There was also a pulley wheel to pick up, which I missed, and once you complete the other item the screen closes and you can’t get it any more. So, I restarted the game and made sure to get it this time. Then another glitch in the bonus game! The same type! If you don’t pick up the wheel handle before completing the dial it closes and you can’t get it anymore. So now I’m stuck but not going to replay the whole game again just to get to replay the bonus game! Otherwise, the game is good. It’s long, and the story is interesting. There are lots of mini games, some that I hadn’t seen before. Plenty of hos too, some scenes are revisited. Too bad there are glitches!

Messed up right after I paid.
I’m stuck on the part where the hint is telling me I need to click but it won’t let me click it. And i don’t have the item I need to move forward. I would like a refund.

Phantom tide
Not enough ideas on each screen. You get to look in about one or two places, then you have to go to another screen. Story line is somewhat interesting. Barely enough to hold your attention. So far moving items around is not a problem

I paid for this game and then it didn’t open. That’s two games now that I have paid for and they don’t work. I am paying money and getting nothing in return, this is called robbery!
Fun until it froze and I can’t complete.
I was really enjoying this game until it froze in the mini game and I can’t go any further. Would like a refund or preferably the game to get fixed. I tried everything. ios is up to date. Offloaded and deleted the app but still stuck in mini game. Very disappointed. Was really enjoying the game. They tried to give me coupon but that doesn’t work for App Store purchases.

Enjoying this refreshing game
I love the great artwork and simple plot line of this straightforward game. Bad guy is doing evil deeds for profit - there’s no family curse or back-from-the-dead madman or any of that nonsense. I’m finding the HOPs a little tough but, with perseverance, I can usually find the needed items. Puzzles are different from the same old same old and that is refreshing too. This feels like an older game and, for once, that feels nice!

Fear for sale phantom tide
I loved this game! Went very quickly, everything fell into place. Hidden objects were easy to find, needed to use skip button a couple of times on the games. Recommend highly, nice storyline

Would have given 5 stars if not for the bonus game being glitchy for the first half where it would consistently shut down or go slow changing between scenes. Great storyline and good challenging puzzles with a lot of hops.

Enjoyable story and was bug free, worth £4.99 as I would have paid the same for a magazine which wouldn't have lasted as long. The use of the water in the shell threw me at the start but I soon understood how to use it in the end. Thanks for entertaining me on a trip to Stuttgart!
