Amazing User-Friendly Adult and Kid App!
Our family LOVES this medication app! It’s easy to use and has so many great sounds, bedtime stories for kids & meditation exercises. My kids love getting to pick a bedtime story to listen to before winding down for bed! Highly recommend for all ages!

I really like this app because it has good meditation and breathing technique’s along with great sleep stories that help me go in to deep sleep, even when my sleep gets disrupted in the middle of the night.
