Buggy, not worth the money
Signed up for year but this feature light, buggy app isn’t worth it.

Won’t even load
I downloaded the app and it won’t even open. The app sounds great, if I could only get into it.

Very poor app.
I have tried several fasting apps and this is far away the worse app I have tried. There is no free trial period, so no way of knowing how good it is. I strongly recommend people steer well clear.
Save your money
Basically sends you a reminder of when you can eat and when to stop each day and stopped sending reminders after a month. Signed up for a year and wish I could get a full refund. Total waste of money.
1/9/3021 Contacted company with issue and provided same info 3X. Despite stating they would provide a refund on their app page, company did not give me a refund and app that was purchased for $38.55 NO LONGER WORKS.

Very motivating!
I can see what stage my body is at, motivating me to keep fasting all the way from fat burn to ketosis to autophagy.
