External transfers, take a week to complete and my balance is often incorrect and will adjust multiple times throughout the week even if no money is being moved.

Only because I have too

I only keep an account to cover life insurance . I started using This credit Union in 1987 when I started at FedEx . When I went to them for help they turned me down for everything. I went to a local credit Union and they bent over backwards to help me .
