Amazing dare I say life changing?
I stumbled upon this app from a few food influencers I follow and I have never been happier since getting it. Wasn’t expecting much but I impulse bought some things and each became a hit at my house. I live with quite a few people of varying ages and while I was the only person waiting for my first box, now the whole family’s waiting for the next box (I’ve ordered 4 times in just a little over a month). There are some bugs I wish could be fixed (the orchard turns into a creepypasta if I open it too fast), but it’s introduced us to quite a range of items from popcorn, sodas, mushroom coffee, to so much more. When something was wrong with my box, customer service responded in less than a minute and resolved the issue (shoutout to Kemal!). I cannot recommend this app enough if they service your area! I do wish they also collected packaging in my area but I really have nothing but glee when it comes to this app. I’m quite addicted to social media but the first week I got this app it shot up to number one in screen time because I was having such a fun time looking at all their options, not even accessing the social media part of this app 🤣. Really! Get this app!!

Love this app!
Ever since I discovered this app, I’ve been hooked. The social aspect encourages me to cook often and share my food photos. The product curation is great and has helped me discover a lot of smaller brands, and the mystery boxes are always a fun way to pretend I’m on “Chopped” and think creatively with ingredients I may not typically use. Room for improvement with the orchard game - often crashes. Would also love the option to edit posts (in the case I forgot to tag an item). Deliveries have been smooth but don’t always get tracking info or notification of delivery until much later.

Solid experience- impressive. But…
Items were on point. Delivery was on time and friendly. If it weren’t for the shiny reflective insulated packaging that seems very unsustainable I would be ordering on the regular. That’s my hang up. Otherwise, this app saves me from going to certain fancy markets I really don’t love having to goto (rhymes with sharewon). It won’t take place of farmers market for me as that’s a joy. And wish the delivery was on more convenient to my cooking schedule days.

Makes shopping healthy, local, and fresh easy
I’ve placed a few orders now and every time is a wonderful experience. Anytime I’ve had an issue (such as wrong delivery date chosen) they’ve been quick to help correct it. The app can be a little glitchy sometimes, but resolves quickly and hasn’t messed up my orders. The game and community features are great additions.

Great but some flaws.. where's the tracking?
I LOVE FEED. I've been using it for about 4 months now! I love purchasing farm direct, small businesses, local brands, and getting to try new stuff all the time! FEED has a huge variety of interesting groceries to try and a ton of interesting mystery boxes.
All the produce I've received from them has been top notch! I've recommended FEED to all my friends too! I think their overall ethos and idea is fantastic.
But biggest issue is that the app is seriously buggy. Crashes often, slow to upload photos, etc. There's SO many features I think the app has a hard time catching up. Every time I've placed an order so far I have never been able to load the tracking page. It's a mystery to me when or where a delivery is coming in from. I've placed about 8 orders and I need to message customer support every time to get my tracking number. I feel like when the main focus is shipping product, accessing tracking should be a minimum requirement. Also good to keep in mind a lot of the local shippers they use (I'm in Denver) don't have the best track record. Sometimes I'll get a damaged/crushed item or it will take an extra day to get here (which is worrisome for frozen or perishable items.)
But, these are things I think can be improved and doesn't deter from my overall shopping experience. In general I like the app, ethos, and products that FEED offers.

It takes me a bit to warm up to you..
However this App/Company has been detailed and defined in many thoughtful ways. The app is perfect for a social media platform of solid caring people. The selection is refined in every way, choose your own adventure.
I am still warming up to it but at this point I’m definitely more impressed than not. I suggest strongly to join the community. I will adjust my review as needed to stay current. But and I never use But in my writing But for a point; my English teacher Mrs. Wonderful (obviously not her name, No Names Given, NNG) from college would reprimand me intensely but (lol) she would also understand my consideration here. This is how much I think of the word But used in writing. Take it for what you will. I love FEED.... but app bugs.
Let me just say I've been using FEED for almost 4 months now and I LOVE it. I love the grocery options, variety, the ethos of the company, and the overall look and feel of the brand design. The quality of nearly everything I've gotten has been SO good. I love the mystery boxes, especially. All the produce we've purchased has been fresh, and everything arrives tightly packed. I'm glad the offer it in my region!
However, you absolutely cannot track orders once they ship because the app is pretty buggy. Outside of occasionally crashing or not loading things, whenever I place an order it is impossible to find out what the tracking number is, where it is, who is the delivery service, etc. It seems like it should be one of the main things the app should have since it is for purchasing goods. But, I always end up contacting customer service and eventually things work themselves out. It's not enough of an inconvenience to stop me from enjoying the rest of what FEED offers.

Pleasantly surprised
I don’t utilize the social media side of things but, I can remark on the customer service as well as the items offered. There have been a few mix ups which is expected in any situation but, the response from feed has been over the top as far as taking responsibility, being friendly, and accommodating. There are so many interesting items offered that I have to spend a lot of time deciding, and there’s always something new. Many things that we’ve tried have been phenomenal, I understand that not everyone will like everything, the produce is fresh and beautiful, I anticipate the sales (and high are also good), and shipping is fast.

Really Fun Food delivery app
The customer service for this app is 5 stars alone. Super responsive and helpful when my first order had an expired item and some produce that went bad (not their fault, the shipping agent delayed the box and my squash blossoms went soggy). I love the selection of items and they have stuff I can’t find anywhere else (or for as good a price). I highly recommend the mystery boxes if you are wanting to try new things; they are a great value! Shout out to Furkan and Ece for their great customer support :)

Amazing concept.
I’ve been looking for a grocery app with cleaner options. I’m a little bit boujee about my groceries and I’ve recently became even more about how I eat. I think the app is superior to others for finding smaller businesses who are agreeably sustainable. Unfortunately, I figured out that I have to separately purchase on their individual small business websites (when/if they have one) through the internet. This is because Feed doesn’t ship to my address. No complaints other than to please grow your audience! I’m not sure if you’re already doing so but I’d love to purchase stuff through the app because I’ve been enjoying it a lot.

Great Awesome
I landed on this business on mistake and thought it looked to good to be true but went ahead and bought some items. As a first time customer they sent a produce mystery box. Every thing was so fresh and beautiful it was like it was picked an hour before! I’m very picky about my produce and I was very impressed! Will definitely be shopping here every week! I am also happy I’m supporting the local vendors.

Great prices, fast delivery
As a vegan, I eat a lot of Hodo veggie burgers. They are hard to find in the stores, and when I do find them, they are expensive. Food Service Direct sells them at a great price, and they arrive quickly and cool, as they should be. Also, if you save their packing materials from two orders, they will send someone to pick it up to save waste. This company is AWESOME!!!

Excellent fresh produce!
I’ve ordered 3 times and each time the produce that I’ve purchased has been high quality, fresh and well packaged to avoid being damaged. My only wish is that I could return the boxes/ice packs and packaging through their provided service. Apparently, I don’t live where this is available.

My new favorite store for grocery shopping!!!
I love this company!!! One of my husband’s favorite food vendors is going out of business with limited supply left. The item was out of stock at all of the Whole Foods stores. I discovered Feed online and ordered the item from them. The package arrived within two days! I, also, like that they are environmentally friendly. Package recycling is a great idea!!

Great grocery delivery app
Being new parents we miss going out. Feed gives us the ability to choose from our favorite restaurants and products delivered straight to our door so we can enjoy at home with our baby. the social aspect helps too!
New obsession!
Love the products offered, many of which I already use and in most cases the prices are better but amazing when on sale. Delivery has been excellent, carefully packed, and always cold.
This is a great help in a busy world to fill the gaps in between in store shopping. It just helps make things a bit easier. I really love it so far

Feed feeds me well!
Feed feeds me well! I've been enjoying this company that supports local and bioregional and global quality foods and kitchen products. It's fun to see what is new, to try some new things from the Bay Area to support smaller interdependent stores and farmers, and to diversify my pantry and culinary sense of wonder. Plus, the staff is super friendly and responsive whenever I have needed to check in about my delivery. I feel like the phone app has gotten better and better and is more user-friendly, and it's welcoming and inviting to use Feed on my phone. I hope more people can experience Feed.

Love this App - it pays you back!
This Bay Area app is taking over Los Angeles and I’m in love! It’s like a specialty grocery store at your fingertips where you can get great produce, kitchen staples, and even wellness products from small producers as well as household names in cooking. My favorite part though is sharing purchases and getting to shop other people’s posts. You get paid to review products and the money comes back to you instantly so you can keep shopping. Delivery is free over a certain amount and boxes are picked up to be reused again. Can’t say enough good things about Feed!

Local products delivered, green footprint
More so a review on Feed than on the app itself. While the app is easy to use/standard, I am SO happy I found Feed when I was trying to see how I could get my Farmer Joy eggs delivered (I couldn’t make it to the farmers market a few weeks in a row). Feed has a large selection of locally, organically grown produce - incl. veggies, fruits, meats, eggs, and snacks! The prices are good and I was thrilled to see how clean/green the company’s footprint is in terms of delivery. First, there is minimal plastic and, second, they offer to pick up the boxes and ice packs to be recycled/reused.
I’ll be sharing Feed with my friends and plan to shop from Feed regularly!
