Worst supplier. Do not order from them!!!
Review from a restaurant group with 5 outlets in the Bay Area. Honest experience
High hope for this start up but here are my experiences with them.
1. One out of three items are mistaken which require merchants to claim, email, chat in order to get a refund.
2. Even the return items, they will charge you first then refund as credits.
3. Price is a bit higher than Sysco or resto depot.
4. Always some mistakes with their orders.
5. 4 out of 5 delivery window is always late. Cheetah plus is a scam. They never arrive on time.
Their team (C/S in the Philippines and merchant support ) is the best but I feel like the owner does not care about their warehouse staff and their merchants.

We are impressed by your new system, it is comprehensive in allowing customers the ability to view all options. Cheetah is the best by far
The app is super useful and efficient, but most importantly the company itself really cares about their customers. The level of service and dedication I’ve received from Cheetah has been unmatched, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Stay away from these guys, terrible driver attitudes for most of them. They act like they hate their job. Also 90% of the time they’re late!!!!! I wouldn’t use these guys unless absolutely necessary. You’ll be better off using the restaurant depot or food service stores. Insta cart is more efficient and timely then these guys
