App doesn’t work, sometimes you can not even log in. It doesn’t load the database on time and makes our job to input the vaccination of a horse impossible. FEI should step up their game if they are requesting vaccinations to be recorded in real time here.

Mag sein, dass es die Arbeit des FEI-Tierarztes erleichtert, aber für den Haustierarzt ist es eine extrem nervige Sache! Das hätte man sicherlich auch benutzerfreundlicher gestalten können. Die Menüführung in mehr Sprachen anzubieten, wäre im Zeitalter von KI absolut kein Luxus.
Sprachauswahl
Es wäre schön, wenn die App auch auf Deutsch wäre. Es kostet wahnsinnig viel Zeit, bis man sich durchgefummelt hat, auch wenn man dem Englischen mächtig ist.
Und wenn man kein kompatibles Chiplesegetät hat, nervt das richtig. Und nein, ich werde mir nicht extra ein neues Gerät kaufen. Das alte funktioniert nämlich wunderbar.

Trouble to use
Having issues using this app, not reading passports, not accessing the data. Very very time consuming

FEI, please contact Wetherbys so they can show you their efficient digital equine management systems. You could learn a lot.
So bad!!
This thing is so obnoxious to use, it doesn’t scan the barcodes of the passports, it doesn’t actually connect to any microchips, it freezes and is not straightforward. Vets should be able to input after the visit if they have to rush to an emergency

App stürzt regelmäßig während der Registrierung ab. Ich würde mich gerne als Veterinär registrieren, aber bei Eingabe der Nationalität stürzt die regelmäßig ab!
Poor UX
Doesn’t clearly show the horse status after checking in or out of a competition. Doesn’t clearly explain rules and procedures for temperature and self declaration in app. App constantly crashes. Unable to see documents others have uploaded about your horse even if you are the owner.

The self certification is not operating on iOS 14.6.
