Stressful
Cannot add anything to my bag. Cannot filter down items by size as there are way too many variations of s, s/m , s/m (8-10) etc. The website isn’t much better either as they don’t remove the hundreds of items that are fully out of stock so you find yourself scrolling through pages and pages of “sold out” items. Super stressful and it’s sad because I love their clothes 🥺 please improve the app! 💔

Everything out of stock
Got a phew bits from here and I love it, really good quality, unfortunately though every single thing I click on is out of stock constantly and I can never find anything in stock. Maybe there could be a feature added where things out of stock are temporarily taken off the website. I think this would improve the shopping experience a lot. Over all I love the clothes they’re amazing quality

Since I came across this app it’s always been terrible. Always glitching and logs me out . Items itself don’t fit true to size

I’ve previously shopped on femme luxe and used it to like items etc, I recently got a new phone and off loaded lots of apps, I was quite disappointed to find when I’d tried to log back in I was told my details were correct, I’d then tried to re sign up however it said my email didn’t exist? I then went to the website and tried to sign up too, which to my surprise it let me considering my email was actually previously registered with femme luxe and I receive emails frequently, just a shame I can no longer access things I’d previously favourited, I’d also found that going to different sections for dresses or tops would bring up more than just what should be there.

Good!
I love all of the clothes but there is a fault that need to be looked at. First of all you don’t have a wish list so you can’t go back to an item you like, i get that you are then supposed to put the item in your basket but you can’t if it is out of stock.
Faulty
The app will not let me sign up to create an account so I can track or see what I have ordered , I have tried deleting it and reinstalling to try again but it keeps coming up with wrong information with us very frustrating because I just want to see my items.
Can’t find anything
Each time I try looking for something, whether by category or the search box, I give up almost immediately. It’s virtually impossible to find anything! I type in “trench” and it returns heels, dresses and accessories. The category “coats and jackets” has lots of items that don’t belong there either. Feels like clickbait. “Useless” is my verdict.

App doesn’t load
Been trying for a few days, but it crashes after about 20 seconds of waiting. Also doesn’t filter out the “sold out” items. Clothes are good quality though! Fix the app!
New App update is glitchy and frustrating
One of my favorite sites to shop, the clothes flatter my body and fit nicely but this new app update is awful. It keeps closing and is so glitchy!! I tried resetting my password to get into my account to view one of my previous orders that I wanted to reorder but I haven't received any emails to do so. App is not great

Annoying app
Love their clothes but their app is awfullllll!
You can’t stroll down without it clicking on something completely random! The photos change as you scroll down which throws you off!

I have no problems with femmes app yet! I have ordered lots of things and has never lagged but I would love for more filters when you are finding an item but overall really good ❤️

Total rip-off, clothing not true to size listed in size chart, horrible costumer service. They made me ship my return paying out of pocket (even thought website clearly said free shipping), and once my order was delivered to them they refused to give me my refund because I bought the label online and dropped off the package at my local post office didn’t get a receipt from post office! I STILL HAD MY TRACKING NUMBER AND IT WAS CLEARLY SHIPPED TO THEY ADDRESS AND TRACKING STATUS SAID DELIVERED TO THEIR ADDRESS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE! But that wasn’t good enough for them and decided to steal my money

I was trying to find some nice dresses but whatever I like it’s sold out if you don’t have that item in your store then why are you putting it on your listing it took me ages to find anything so couldn’t order anything because there’s so many out of order things so it’s stupid for me to waste my time for no reason bad experience

Doesn’t load
The app worked at first when I downloaded it but now it won’t even load and says it’s down for maintenance for 3-5 days. This message has been appearing for week and nothing has changed. A few of my friends have also had the same problem.
