Unable to register
Was very interested in the app but I can’t even register because the online registration won’t submit my result to my email. So unfortunate. I can see why the app isn’t used by many women.

I’m so impressed with the @home diagnostic testing I received. It was really affordable. Way cheaper then the others. I actually had a pretty severe vitamin D, magnesium deficiency and cortisol issue that I’m addressing with my coach. For 30 bucks this thing is a steal!

DO NOT subscribe to this. They will keep charging you and the app doesn’t even work. I’m still fighting them to cancel me membership. It’s been going on for 6 months. Unless you like throwing money away don’t use this.

THIS APP IS A SCAM! DO NOT DOWN LOAD IT! It is a 49.99/month subscription and they don’t do not give you everything for that price. To get the full experience you have to pay more for the add ons. This app is also NOT “personalized” like they claim. The mapping of this app is extremely confusing to top it off. I downloaded it, set up my info and after that I couldn’t figure it out because it just doesn’t make sense. Also, when you try to reach out to customer service, they do not answer. Even when you contact during their business hours (I tried several days in a row), the only responses I would get would be from a Bot that would state someone would get back to me in 24 hours. They don’t. Then if you try contacting them through email (there’s only chat & email to contact them) you get routed to a website that says page no longer available. It’s a scam.

Couldn’t login and 4 support requests later and nothing!
I had to ask for my money back. They ignored that. 4 emails over a weeks time period and no response and no support. I couldn’t login. Their reset password just kept sending me back to login. What a joke. I had to report it to apple to get a refund from them. Do not recommend. Garbage company.
Not Happy
Do not download or pay for this APP!!!! I got to the very end and when I put in my email address it came up and said “this account already exists” and I couldn’t continue. Then I put in my husbands email (who has never been on a diet in his life) and the same notice came up. Now I have to call my credit card bank to stop the transaction as there is no contact number. I hate being burned!!!

App Hasn’t Worked
I thought I was going to really like this. I bought the meal plan (and literally everything else). It helped me make a grocery list, to which I bought everything on said list. The app now has not worked in days and now I have all this food that I don’t know how to cook-which is the point of the app. Very frustrating that I’m going to waste so much food because I don’t know what I am supposed to be cooking. If they fix the app (and the website) I’ll change my rating.

The app and “program” is mehhh
The app is kind of annoying. And the program is not really good. If this was a free app it would be OK but for the cost of what it provides is not worth it. When first signing up for Eative, you had to fill out the questionnaire and not once did it say it was a keto diet program, but when you download the app you come to see that it is. Eative‘s marketing was so vague and claimed all of these awesome promises that made everything look so good. But when you take an account all of programs you have to buy you would spend well over $60 a month. The recipes and photos that correspond with the recipes are knock offs from other articles you can find online. You’re better off with Weight Watchers if you want to use this app to monitor your eating habits and lose weight.

Not what you ask for
Have been attempting to find ways to loose weight!!! Not with this. I had tried and paid the money for it. Worst idea ever!!! Tried telling them my diet restrictions and filling certain things out but they kept trying to tell me to eat things I can not because of my health!!!! So I attempted to cancel it. Clearly they did not because yet again got charged and they refused to give me my money back.

Misleading advertising
I wish I had read reviews first. I’m glad I paid through PayPal and was able to cancel through them. Pay Pal however would not refund my first payment after reviewing what Eative said in spite of never using it. It is a scam.

It has no indication before you download that it’s a Paid Subscription. I can get keto for free. Not even putting any info in so they can’t badger me with emails.

If I could rate this app with no stars I would, I had to give it one so I could leave a review. First of all, when you read the ad on this great Keto plan it says you get everything: customized for you planned meals, menus, grocery list, dessert recipes, workouts according to your profile info…..everything!! All for $45 for a three month subscription. Sounds great right?! So I purchased it only to find out that the dessert recipes, workouts, etc all are at an extra charge. I was so upset I tried to cancel my subscription right away, this is so misleading! I tried to get back in to cancel it but the instructions they give, the area they tell you to click on doesn’t exist. The area “my subscription” doesn’t exist. I did take the time to check out the menus but they involve a lot more ingredients than I want to purchase, I just wanted simple meals like it said in the ad. Don’t bother with this, you can find simple Keto recipes on Instagram.

Not Worth It
The customer service team never responds and they keep charging you even after you cancel your subscription. The app consists of recipes you can find on Google and articles explaining Keto and it’s benefits. They do detail the recipes and give various options but it’s definitely overpriced for an underwhelming amount of information you can find on Google.
I blindly purchased this subscription thinking it was meal service and would have meals delivered to my door because that’s how it is advertised. But it’s actually just recipes for Keto meals that you can find on the Internet

Recipes and search
I am very happy with the general content of the app. However, the recipes sometimes are not precise. The outcome may not be the same. The major improvement to the app could be the ability to search through recipes when needing to replace them with keywords like “cauliflower “, “salmon”, “eggplant” etc. You need to go through all of the recipes and scroll down one by one to find one that you make with ingredients available at home.
