Not operational

I tried to input info but this app doesn’t recognise latitude or longitude for Australia. Useless.

Glitchy

App is glitchy, repeat sighting button doesn’t work on iPhone iOS 18.1.1

New versions less helpful

It used to be easyb to just look at the deer or rabbit sightings around Newcastle as the 'front map' showed all the sightings. That way I could decide where to go to cull rabbits etc. Now the map is blank. To see any further requires that
I log in AGAIN, but the log in details are always rejected! Even though my details are the same as I used to log into the website.
Get your act into gear, I have complained about this for 2 years.

Terrible app

This app is feral. I do not like it. Can't login, it doesn't even seem to try. Multiple pop-up alerts appear right after each other cancelling the previous pop-up alert. (very bad coding!!)

The screenshots of the app in the help tab/section does NOT even match the actual app.

The big wide buttons with gradient shading reeks of bad design.

Technology version 1.55 - This wording tells me the app developer NewtonGreenTechnologies used a templates system equivalent to wordpress for websites. They must have whipped the app together in a few days and charged for many months of work??

Very disappointed with this app. At least fix the login issue!!

Thank you

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise if you are experiencing difficulties with the app or website. The current App is being upgraded and will address the problems you have highlighted. If you would like to record observations of pest animal activity in your local area, please contact us via the Website and we would be happy to assist you. Thank you.

No Point in Using This App

Hard to use. The information given by users will not help with conservation practices. The idea of eradicating animals is abhorrent.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback and sharing your concerns. For people recording problems with introduced pest animals, we often provide advice about how to reduce the problems using non-lethal techniques. For example, better fencing to reduce fox predation of backyard poultry or domestic pets. Regarding conservation practices, a lot of community reports are indeed helping enormously to reduce the damage pest species cause, and all reports from the community are very helpful. Please visit the Website for further information or advice.
