Not great for northern area
It’s a nice and easy app to use. Clear calls and accurate identification. They are unfortunately missing most of the species where I’m from, which are the ones I’m interested in learning to identify. Overall good, I’d recommend downloading and giving it a shot.
This app Is useless
I definitely hear and see frogs but it never says it can hear a frog!
Doesn’t work except in Australia
This should not be top of my search list in US (and recommended to me by the internet!) when it doesn’t work here. It needs to be clearly stated that it doesn’t work outside its area.
Long wait for confirmation once submitted
I really love the app and have been using since 2018. However, the time between submitting a call and having it reviewed and confirmed can be several months. Even for species that are threatened or rare.
Very helpful
I love this app. I’ve used it as I’ve been traveling around and love hearing new frogs and adding them to my “gotcha” list.
