Some times the app doesn’t show the appointments. Main interesting thing is if mother and baby are having same mobile number registered then the app doesn’t have provision to show both mother and babies details. It’s not user friendly. The app should provide one place to track both mother and baby details. When I checked at hospital I was advised that as the registered phone number is same for both mother and baby. Try to use mobile number for mother details log in. And then log out and use MR number of baby for log in and get the details of baby.

Minor Update Request
In the reports section, if there are multiple test reports with same tests or name, it will show/open only the first opened test results for all the other tests.
Suggestion might be to update the upload mechanism of the same test reports with suffice or date added to the file name so that the app reloads the new file everytime.

Does not work
Garbage app. None of the functionalities work. Not exaggerating. Unable to see reports also.
The old app was also garbage. But it at least worked.

OTP not working
OTP not working and already logged in user, we cannot see the reports
No OTP is being generated
I have tried to request OTP numerous times, but no success so far. Unable to log in without it
