The app had all types of glitches. I asked the Customer exec how to get the pregnancy scan. They routed me to this app. I can only see the scan. I cannot go back, nor print nor share! NOTHING.AT ALL! I cannot tap/select any options in this app!

Worst app ever used
Navigation doesn’t work properly, app gets stuck , cannot see details of correctly. Utter waste of time.

The App is really slow and not working properly. If we go to any section in the App, then there is not back option. We need close the entire app, clear it and then again start from the scratch.

Whoever has designed/developed the app needs to be awarded for the worst UI. All the workflows are broken and the navigation is completely a mess.

Worst server I never experienced cannot open the files it still loading always need to focus for quick download or view
This App is a disgrace to what the name of the hospital has.
Call center executives are asking to look into the app for doctors profiles and other stuff.
From seeing the app, i can clearly understand that the hospital has no intention to offer services via app. Just for name sale this has been created. It would have been lot better if you have simple if you have not created one. These are the days with very very small business have beautiful websites and apps, having that experienced and using this app feels like we are in 2000 year.

Application is not as expected
This is terrible the update is made 3+ years ago, the app needs an update for the users to handle well and avoid hassles, since Fernandez and it’s staff are suggesting a lot.
Doesn't work
This app doesn't open and it is having lots of glitches. Kindly start providing reports to the patients. It is highly inconvenient to use this app. Specifically, when we have to meet other doctors from different hospitals. This is really a pain.

App crashes when we try to view attachments. Tried reinstalling the app several times.

Navigation doesn’t work properly, data or options overlap and options are not selectable.
Worst app designed ever
This app doesnt open properly, so many glitches! Cannot see prescriptions, reports or anything. Keeps going back to home page again and again. Its so important for patients as we dont get printed reports ever since this covid pandemic hit us, and we have to rely on this stupid app! Need lots of changes, and better software!! Not expected this from the Fernandez family!!!!
