For a hospitality group who own half of the shire, they really need to lift their game on this app. It constantly bugs, keeps asking my location with a pesky pop up, won’t load my card into apple wallet where it used to live and has now disappeared. The app is clunky and frustrating… and it shouldn’t be in today’s world. Divert some of those booze profits into your technology.

Can’t even access
On creating a new account, accepting the email and text confirmation, ensuring data, mobile background refresh, push notification are all on, I sit on the app home page with a notification “resend” or “change email” (which I’ve done both of) and now seem to be in a constant loop of “your email is already linked to an account”. So I can’t blimmen use the app. Lame. Horrible customer experience

Such a wonderful place for our area
The atmosphere, the setting and the staff are amazing. Some of the food still needs tweaking . Little things like the meals aren’t hot enough and the bread seems not to be fresh however everything else is amazing
