Awful App
Percentage is always incorrect, and smart sensor is not smart….stupid to be exact. When it breaks it takes months (4-6) to get it replaced. Company claims they are not available and we need to wait for one.
The drivers who deliver are top notch. Those guys are on point with communication and they do their job well. The office staff is not very desirable because they have a hard time returning phone calls.

Security risk
This app claims to be from Ferrellgas but does not accept login using Ferrellgas credentials. Seems a scam to capture user date. Be aware
Log in issues
I just got this app set up and it worked one time. Now it’s not letting me log in again because it says that it doesn’t match my information? What’s going on with this app? It’s very frustrating to have an app and it doesn’t even work correctly! Please fix this problem immediately so that I can actually log in and use it!

Log In Issues
I don’t know why this is such a hard issue for the company to fix. Don’t give customers something to assist with their product if we can’t even use the app for said product. Great concept, terrible execution.
Fix the app or delete it
I noticed prior reviews over a year ago stating login issue and not recognizing them as a customer. This issue still exists so not sure why a useless app is still on the App Store. Fix or delete on your end cause I’m deleting this on my end 🙄
Can’t log on
Very frustrating. Again,similar to prior complaints of 1year ago, unable to log on. Does not recognize my credentials though works well for website. Someone needs to either pull this site or fix the problem.
Would like to see better graph features
Haven’t had any problems with the app. I have a tankless water heater that uses a 250gal propane tank. I just check the percentage every few days and look at the graph for usage over time.
I would like to see some customization for the axis of the graph so I can see a longer history of use (to compare this year to last year for example) or zoom in to see specific events (like laundry used X% from 4-6pm) on specific days. A plot of outside temperature on the graph would also be helpful to see the relationship between lower temperature and steeper use curve for making decisions about heating the house.

Create account doesn’t work
Can’t press create account to gain access to the app. From the other reviews, it seems they don’t care about improving it.
Not able to login
Not able to login to the app using myferrellgas account info. No idea why they have created a non-working app and released to the public.
Won’t open
app will not open. On laptop the web application works fine but the iPhone app is worthless

Can’t Log In
I’m having the same problem as “new customer”. I can log in fine using the Ferrellgas website but the app does not recognize my credentials. I tried deleting and reinstalling app but same result.
New customer, app doesn’t accept credentials
I’m able to login to the website with zero problem. App isn’t hitting the server to check my credentials, locked out on the app.
