Total garbage
Don’t waste your time. This app is as bad as the company itself. Their customer service is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and try a different company. You’ll save money and headaches.

Problem #1- Cannot Recognize My Email Address
Cannot create an account on my iPad as my email address on Comcast.net is “invalid”. You’ve got a long way to go developers… FAILURE TO LAUNCH
Horrible App
In todays world it isn’t impossible to build a functioning app which this is not. I’ve been trying to pay my bill now for over half an hour. The site just buffers forever between function. Very frustrating. I’ll be mailing a check and they can wait for snail mail.
Broken
It won’t let me create an account, it’s useless. Can’t even make an account online through a browser.
