Total garbage
Don’t waste your time. This app is as bad as the company itself. Their customer service is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and try a different company. You’ll save money and headaches.

Problem #1- Cannot Recognize My Email Address
Cannot create an account on my iPad as my email address on Comcast.net is “invalid”. You’ve got a long way to go developers… FAILURE TO LAUNCH
Horrible App
In todays world it isn’t impossible to build a functioning app which this is not. I’ve been trying to pay my bill now for over half an hour. The site just buffers forever between function. Very frustrating. I’ll be mailing a check and they can wait for snail mail.
Broken
It won’t let me create an account, it’s useless. Can’t even make an account online through a browser.
App Missing Features
App no longer reports fuel level on tank information page as shown in App Store (it used to do this) despite my paying $150 a year for “tank monitoring.” For me, this was the most useful part of the app. Why did you take it away?

I suppose this app no longer works since it does nothing. It was great before Blue Sky Propane sold to a large corporation.

BioAuth wheel spin
All I get after pressing continue payment button is a “enrolling in bioauth” wheel spin. Been letting it spin for 30 minutes.
Not entirely accurate
If I look at my account on the web page, it doesn’t match what I see in the app. There appears to be a desync issue, and this app should really only be used for payments which is even lacking a positive user experience.
Terrible app and not much better company
This app is virtually useless. Seems to be done so they can feel hip enough to say they have one, not to actually benefit the customer. Also have always hated their billing process and how that information is conveyed. It’s the most confusing of any of our utilities. Can hardly tell what is due and when, when payments were processed and when you need to pay by to avoid a late charge. Also, would be great to get a reminder before said late charge was applied! Lastly, this company has steadily raised our already high rates SIGNIFICANTLY each year despite no changes in consumption and no explanation. We will shop around.

Limited functionality
About the only effective ability of this app is to take your money. Your local dealer has no ability to communicate to you or to indicate if their shop is open or not via the app. Nearly all communications are routed through a contact center or if you use the function in the app, no one responds. Like the app, the Suburban Contact Center has limited abilities as well. They can take your order or process a payment, but they have to pass along a message to the locals as the Contact Center is unable to tell you if a delivery is in process or the status. The company says their mission is “customer satisfaction“ which is about as disingenuous as one can be.

Not reliable information
Suburban propane indicates that if you use the app and pay in advance, your delivery will arrive faster. This is not our experience. While payments can be easily made via the app, the financial information does not reflect adjustments made, and therefore the balance due will be incorrect. Improvements need to be made so that this app provides a seamless transfer of information between the local office and national office to be deemed reliable.

Cannot get logged in on app because it says my email address is invalid. I use the same email everyday.
Spins and Spins
Unless you like to get dizzy, this app is useless at this point. I tried to make a payment multiple times and it just spins and spins. I waited a few minutes between each try before giving up.
Doesn’t work
Any attempt to pay a bill or add a payment method results in a terminal crash.
Not Ready For Prime Time
This app is loaded with errors. Nice attempt but needs a real app developer to get what should be a simple running model. Deleted mine and waiting for one that works.
App Won’t Open -Spinning Wheel
After not getting a phone response back from the pricing department I decided to use this app. It won’t even open. Time to switch propane provider.

I always have a terrible experience with this app. Most of the time, I can’t even login. The app just keeps buffering. Success achieved rarely.
