Liked the idea but…..
I really like the idea of this app and it’s good app, but the app is too slow and also it does not started all over India of Gurgaon which means it has started in Delhi and I belong from Mumbai. I am waiting for the app to start your as well ,excited to use it the video I saw regarding this app, the woman in the video told that it has started all over India and that’s the reason I downloaded this app, but as it has not started here in Mumbai, I am uninstalling it. And wishing to install it soon.

Issues
I downloaded this app but only saying you’re on the list what is this??
Too expensive as compare to others but if you have any issue no resolution or compensation of that.
First expensive ride than assigned Untrained driver assigned to me, took all the wrong turns in gurgaon and took 2 hours for 30 mins rode and customer care gave me 50 rs to compensate that hassle. Pathetic customer support

This is the safest mode if u are travelling in late nights or any time. The drivers are professional and have gr8 experiences.

Wait list is too long
I have been on the waitlist for too long if you don’t want people downloading your app don’t put it on the store. There is also no estimate on how long the list is open. This is not cool

Its been 2 days i am not able to register it
I have downloaded this app but after giving my details to this app this app showing i am in there wish list and not able to use the app bcoz there new members registration is not open yet. Now it’s been 2 days still it’s showing the same . If i am not able to use the app then why i would download this .. they should improve this thing otherwise other apps will come soon and people will switch this app ….

Yesterday I have downloaded the app and I still have not get the notification of registration. I m still in a queue. Do I uninstall the app.

Simply the best experience ever with bike taxy. The driver was professional, drove safely, and personally, I felt more comfortable, just like Fery claims it to be. Main bilkul conscious hoke nahi baithi thi.
