Can’t login
Can’t get past login it keeps asking for home park but there is no field to indicate home parm
Worst app ever
We visited a little less than a week ago and the app has not “confirmed” my dog. The front desk representative said their IT department needs to fix it and a note was made but almost a month later, still unconfirmed. Canceling membership today
Unable to get past login
There was no way to create an account on the website - it directs you to downloading the app. Downloaded it, registered my email, but when trying to login I was blocked from moving forward with a prompt that I had to pick a home park to move forward. On the account registration and the login pages there is no option to select a home park. Thinking it might be a glitch, I deleted and redownloaded the app. Same outcome. I went on the website to call my local park to see if there is a way to troubleshoot this…no numbers listed. So essentially there is no way to register my dogs or talk to a person in live time. Sent a message on the “contact us” portion of the website, but who knows when that’ll be checked or responded. App issue needs to be addressed because it’s essentially useless as is for new users.

Doesn’t work
I can’t even create an account. Every time I click create account I get a gray rectangle at the bottom of the screen.

Keeping loading after update
Not working, cannot see any info after recently update. And also not working by deleting and download again.
Can’t even create a membership to go
Forget this. Your app doesn’t work.
Could be better
We can’t delete messages from the park so we have notices from months ago that won’t go away. Would be nice to have a default park so you don’t have to scroll and find your home park.
Freezes
Extremely slow to upload pet information and vaccine records; froze several times. Must combine all vaccine records into 1 pdf (no option to upload multiple documents, which is frustrating.) These issues are a massive deterrent for business - must invest to fix this!
App Doesn’t Work
Can’t upload documents. Guess they don’t want my money. Good thing Off Leash is nearby and their app works.

They recommend using the app but it’s not built out to provide all options. Instructions to upload vaccinations via email but the app won’t even allow you to edit. Buttons are disabled, missing or not even functioning. Poor app design and capabilities.
Doesn’t Work
App doesn’t save any of my dog’s information and often stays frozen with a white page visible when I need to retrieve my account.
App is terrible
Pixelated graphics and a poor user interface. Also tracks more data then it should and no way it's secure. Guess I'll say goodbye to my personal data as they force this down their customers throats. Shame.
App much improved with the latest update.
I downloaded the first version and as with new tech it had its issues. The latest version is much better and having the app allows me to participate in rapid check in with my pup and skip the line.
Horrible UX
Tried to add my dog for “faster” check in. However, you can only upload 1 document for vaccines. Additionally, I saved my dog and the screen is stuck on the add dog screen. I’ve restarted the app and still shows on the same screen. Completely wasted my time.
Horrible App
This app is just horrible. It is slow and barely works. I showed all of the required paperwork at the park and am confirmed but in the app it says I’m unconfirmed and I can’t confirm. No one can seem to help get me confirmed so I can check in from the app.
Awful User Experience
Constantly freezes and crashes, nearly impossible to upload vaccine documents. Needs serious work
Mediocre
I am able to open everything and switch between pages. Pictures are distorted and there’s limited options to actually adjust the profile for me or my dog. Make sure to combine vacc paperwork into one pdf if you want to upload it— you can also email it to them.
Overall, it feels only partially complete. That being said, I recommend the app to first time visitors. It definitely streamlined the registration process and getting the email about a free first visit was a delightful surprise!
Hopefully they’ll update the app soon and prioritize improving current features over adding any new ones. I’d rather have limited features with complete functionality than more features with limited functionality.

Good idea if it works
The app is a great idea, if it worked. Doesn’t work unfortunately, can’t upload vaccine info for dogs, and won’t save changes. Tried on multiple phones, and still doesn’t work. Very unfortunate and will cost Fetch revenue if they continue to push that this is the only way to get into the park. The app is simply not ready for primetime.
