Hi I just wanted to spread awareness since this app no matter how much money I spend at restaurants it only gives me 25 coins making it impossible to ever reach any reward all of the good stores require 25,000 to get any good use out of the gift cards I mean I love the app I just wish it would give me a bit more or at least match the coins to what I spent in the store! Also some of the games are scams so beware of that as well

Frustrated.
I keep getting kicked out of Sam’s and Walmart multiple times per day. I think it’s done on purpose so they don’t have to give me all my points!

Scanning e receipts
My Instacart and email receipts are never scanned and I don’t know why.

I have used the Fetch app for a few days and I am already enjoying it,you get to play games to earn points and scan receipts for points and also for buying stuff from specific stores and when you get enough you can buy those gift cards.I strongly Suggest you download today!

I tried every which way to create an account and after 30 minutes I just deleted it. If it’s that difficult to do now I can’t imagine the process going forward is easy

Hard to navigate
Been searching and searching and can’t find my reward certificate so I can finally redeem it. Also doesn’t seen that the certificate can be printed anymore.

Referred by my sister and law and unable to use. Shows someone else as my “friend” that I do not know and am unable to remove him. Very disappointing!

I used Fetch years ago and I was actually able to get several target gift cards from it and I was very happy with it. Back then, about 5000 points got you a five dollar gift card.
I started using it again recently, and I noticed that my points weren’t adding up the same way they used to before. When I checked the rewards of five dollar target gift card now cost 6000 points but it get to those points than it did before.
I just choked it up to inflation really popular so they had to make it harder to get the gift card. I was annoyed, but I was still using the app. Eventually, after a Herculean amount of receipt scanning, I got close to 6000 points. I go to check the target gift card again and the option for the $5 gift card was completely gone!!!
Now all they have is a $10 gift card for 12,000 points. I feel lied to and I feel tricked. I would’ve never wasted that amount of time putting that much effort, scanning all those receipts if I knew it was gonna take 12,000 points just to get a five dollar gift card.
These companies are 100% selling the data from our purchases to other companies. The least they could do is not make it impossible to get a gift card. And if you are gonna do that at least be honest with me about the points from the very beginning. Terrible way to treat the users of your app.
