The interface is atrocious. So many clicks. Everything is hidden behind obscure icons and selections. No loading notice - just circle of death and a grey screen.
Beware
This simple little app was responsible for the worst dismissal in our schools history. There are numerous glitches within the app and we should have taken note of the low review score. If your school's administrators want to use this service/app for mass dismissal be sure they have a backup plan. The app will not work and you will have lots of angry parents. Our small school suffered significant harm to our image and credibility due to this little app.
Take note that all the positive reviews are about the same length and written in similar verse... Sound familiar? They are using bots to dilute the poor reviews. Read further down and see the problems with this service.

We work directly with school administrators through extended trial periods and guided launches to ensure successful dismissals and ongoing support. Super timesaver
Love using FetchKids. My children are ready when I get to their school for pickup and waiting times have been reduced a lot. I also like getting notified when others on my pickup team pickup my children. This is an important security feature and gives me greater peace of mind, since I always know where my kids are. 5 stars!!!

Very helpful
FetchKids has saved me so much time for pickup. I love that my son is always ready when I arrive- he has special needs so the advance notice really helps staff prepare him for my arrival on a daily basis.

Good Experience
Been using this app at my son’s preschool and it’s been great. Really saves time, especially in bad weather and snow - which we get a lot of in MN! My son’s always ready when I arrive to pick him up.

Timesaver
My daughter is in an after school program and I usually pick her up on foot after work (in NYC). The fact the school knows when I’m almost there makes getting my kid so much faster.

Convenient and nice interface
Changing from bus to car pickup is a click instead of a bunch of calls. Love that. My daughter’s after school program has been using this app for a while.. I can see when she has schedule changes or make changes for both the school and after school teams.
Very useful
App was updated recently and now it’s even better because with the student schedule. No more calls to the schools. I can let the school know when my child is going to be out or late. It’s really helpful to see the full calendar and to know the school can see it too Love this new feature!
