Unhelpful customer support
We utilized this company for a boat day. The coat company we used has a promo code through them and the only reason we used them. I send 3 emails asking for quotes and on what the ride share would be with the promo code with no response. Since I didn’t get a response, I booked and put the promo code in the description. I was still worried it was not applied so when we were picked up, I asked the driver and he said I would have to talk to the company. Well after all that, they are reporting it can’t be used because it was not entered and refuse to help. Terrible customer service, very disappointed.

No AC, no first ride discount, no customer service? No thanks.
My group took a Fetii for 45 min each way. Our ride home had no AC, which in Texas means a 100+ degree sauna for over 45 min. Fetii refused to honor our promo code and refused to make right on our experience for the return trip. I wouldn’t suggest it considering the price would have been far cheaper getting a large vehicle from a competitor’s service and the quality of the vehicles are subpar at best.

Great for groups and parties
We love taking a Fetii when we are a large group going to the bars or concerts. It’s nice to get in the mood with all your friends on the journey.
Plus, it’s usually ends up cheaper than multiple cabs which is even better!

Sketchy Service
I took a Fetii with a group of people. The driver insisted that I cancel the ride then pay him via Venmo and had me show him my phone. It is not as trustworthy of a service as a legitimate ride sharing company like Lyft or Uber. I do not recommend this service and it seems to be unsafe.

I got Fetii so it would be cheaper than Uber, but they still charge more than if I split an Uber with my friends. Fetii is fun in theory, but with that price tag I’d rather walk.

I love fetti!! Keeps me and my friends safe while having a good time. As a college student this is my mom’s saving grace lol. She never worries when I take a fetti!! And it’s sooo affordable for college kids compared to uber !!!
