Not accessible for blind users
I love the service, the app is just not accessible at all for people that are blind or visually impaired. Will not pick me up at the right destination. Very difficult and tricky to ping audibly. I love Tesla and I'm excited for more updates but the app is just not quite there yet. I also cannot figure out how to connect my music

For now it’s been rough! Cars are never available. In the rare event they are, they’ll sometimes just cancel your ride. Once they unleash these awesome gold cars, though, it’s going to be incredible!

Not a self driving experience
The car is very nice, but there is a human driver in the car so it isn’t a self driving experience. Also very unreliable to get a ride, much below Waymo as a product, but it is more competitive on pricing to compensate.
