Just did a 20 minute ride in Austin, I’m completely sold! Tesla is the only company doing it at this level it’s not even close, those next closest one if geofenced waymi with all those goofy giant cameras and lidar and they are a couple of years behind Tesla

First Robotaxi ride
Incredible experience! Very clean Robotaxi. God bless the Robotaxis and their owners!!!
Super fast
The Robotaxi showed up super fast, like in just a few minutes. The car was spotless and felt brand new, and the price was way cheaper than other rides. I’ll definitely pick it again for trips to SFO or downtown San Francisco—it’s just too convenient.
Price gouging
Used to be able to get a Robotaxi for $3 now it’s $7.50 minimum, officially more expensive then Waymo, Uber, and Lyft, guess gas prices and paying the drivers are really hitting Tesla pretty hard just pathetic

Awesome 1st RoboTaxi Ride!
I’m in Dallas and just had to try it. It picked me up in front of my hotel, drove me across town to my destination. I waited only 3 minutes for the cars arrival and the interior was very clean.
Great experience for wheelchair user
I'm paraplegic and visiting Austin from Canada with my family. The robo taxi experience has been excellent. It's picked us up in areas where I can easily get in and out, and the whole family has loved the fact that our music from our Tesla at home plays automatically and our temperature settings activate.

App won’t connect
Signed up, allowed settings changes, every time I try to use I get a message that it’s offline, network unavailable. No issue booking a waymo ride or using my device for anything else. Deleted app, tried again, same error.
Weird routing and can’t rate drivers
The cars often take longer routes or takes forever to pickup. You also can’t rate the safety drivers, so if something happens or they’re rude or something you can’t give feedback
Super smooth ride!
So impressed by how smooth and assertive the car was… such a step change improvement from the old FSD I tried years back… really blown away! Also super cheap so compared to other ride share. Can’t wait till they expand more to whole Tampa Bay or St Pete
