Great service great price: you just need more and you need the ability to schedule in advance. If you don’t get enough taxis for demand people will lose interest

Not sure who is giving this app 5 stars… are they human? The app gave zero status on ride, progress, payment, wait time, car info. Does not even look as advertised on the App Store screen previews!
Pity I cannot upload screenshots so you would see how barebones this app is, specially if you compare to competitor Waymo. No chance!

Pickup Location
The ride itself was smooth, the pickup was a nightmare, FSD drove past my pickup location 3 times, not to mention it dotted my pickup location across the street at a different address, the driver had to intervene to pick me up at the correct location, driver was awesome, FSD v14 not so much as far as picking up.

Amazing
Very good app very easy to use. It's better than Waymo you're able to use Apple Pay and other accounts not just Google good support. Keep up the good work Elon.

The best ride service ever!
Clean, easy, and SAFE! Car arrived and was simple to get in and go. Very nice and comfortable and it drove perfect in traffic and even was mind blowing when it went across 6 lanes of traffic on a turn. Truly mind blowing how amazing this is! Don’t have to deal with a driver that is awkward or can’t speak your language either!

Always says high service demand which makes it unreliable and doesn’t make me want to come back to app. If this resolves could become quality app though.
Easy to use, limited use
It’s easy to reserve. The only drawbacks are limited routes, and you can’t choose which car you want (I want that gold one, man!).

Not accessible for blind users
I love the service, the app is just not accessible at all for people that are blind or visually impaired. Will not pick me up at the right destination. Very difficult and tricky to ping audibly. I love Tesla and I'm excited for more updates but the app is just not quite there yet. I also cannot figure out how to connect my music
