Terrible Customer Service
The experience was disappointing, and Fever’s lack of customer care made the situation significantly worse. We paid extra for VIP benefits, souvenir items, an interactive VR/AR experience, and commemorative photo frames, but several of these products and services were unavailable. When I requested a refund for the portions that were not provided, Fever simply cited its no-refund policy without addressing the missing benefits or acknowledging the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
This response showed little concern for the customer or for the fact that Fever had failed to deliver important parts of what we purchased. Rather than investigating the issue, explaining what went wrong, or offering a reasonable partial refund, Fever relied on a generic policy statement that did not apply to the specific circumstances. A no-refund policy should not excuse a company from taking responsibility when advertised products and services are unavailable.
Good customer service would have involved listening to the complaint, recognizing that the VIP package and add-ons were incomplete, and offering appropriate compensation for the items and experiences that were not provided. Instead, Fever treated the matter as though we were simply requesting a refund because we had changed our minds. That was not the case. We paid for specific benefits, arrived expecting to receive them, and were denied several of those benefits through no fault of our own.
Customers should not be charged for products and services they never receive. Fever’s failure to provide the purchased benefits, followed by its unwillingness to meaningfully address the complaint, reflects a serious lack of accountability and customer care.

Scam
We all purchased tickets for the RNB brunch and we were all charged £15. We turned up for the event to be told it was cancelled. There was no email or communications to inform us. Even worse they are refusing a refund for no legitimate reason. I’m now seeking to take legal action
So far so good !!
Would be nice if app could help to clarify whether parking purchases are necessary. Overall has been a good experience and well made ,
Good color tones on app background , easy on the eyes . 👍🏼👍🏼

Clunky
App is clunky and barely works, trying to transfer tickets from the web to the app is painfully difficult and the web version doesn’t allow you to even view the tickets??
refund policy is horrible
