Confusing
I bought the ticket with the flex figure i changed the date of the ticket paid the extra turned out only the event ticket get carry over not the flex figure things.
Beware
App sometimes defaults to a date you didn’t select and you have to use a voucher system and pay extra fees to change the date of your tickets.
BEWARE OF REFUND SCAM
Issue is with how this platform “refunds” and provides “vouchers”. In case you need to cancel, rebook the same event on another date/time/ location or request a refund beware they will most likely give you a voucher for the same event and date that you can’t make it to and also charge you a $3.47 booking fee on your voucher transactions for rebooking the same event as well. This is a scamming practice vs other platforms where you can use your entire refund towards the same event if the base price has not changed. I will be very careful purchasing tickets from here moving forward. There is no other way to contact customer support except for email tickets and they just copy paste the same template replies.

Customer Service Doesn't Exist Once They Have Your Money
I accidentally booked tomorrow's 9:00 am session instead of today's 10:00 am session for Mind Games at Broadway. I realised my mistake within hours and contacted Fever before either session had taken place.
I wasn't asking for a refund. I simply asked if they could move my booking to today's session, which still had plenty of tickets available.
Instead, I received a generic response quoting their terms and conditions and was told there was nothing they could do.
This mistake has now cost my family $170 during the school holidays, at a time when many families are already struggling with the cost of living. A genuine human error made less than 10 hours earlier has effectively resulted in us losing $170, despite there being no apparent reason they couldn't accommodate a simple booking change.
Policies exist for a reason, but so should common sense, compassion and good customer service. The complete lack of flexibility for such a straightforward request is incredibly disappointing.
If you're booking through Fever, triple-check every detail before you pay. If you make even the smallest mistake, don't expect any understanding or willingness to help.
I certainly won't be booking through Fever again.

Hard to Navigate Error System
I clicked on a link to book a Washington DC event through this ticketing platform and purchased tickets thinking they were for a Washington DC event, but when I got the confirmation and looked up the location again the event was in Baltimore, Maryland!? I immediately tried to request a refund (2 minutes after I purchased the tickets) but it would only allow me to get a voucher. I then submitted a ticket through their website about a refund, but it again told me I could only get a voucher for another event through them (none of which interested me or I could get to without spending money to travel to). I then called their support line where one of those horrible and very unhelpful AI robots frustrated me to no end before I managed to get ahold of George, who was very sweet and escalated my ticket because he didn’t have the authority to cancel the (still pending) transaction. Basically, I hate this app and will never use it again because of how frustrating any mistakes or errors are. If the slightest thing goes wrong getting it fixed appears to be the most convoluted thing ever. I know this is such a first world problem, but their system frustrated me more than any other ticketing platform I’ve dealt with before (including ticket master). George was nice though, and I feel bad he had to deal with the build up of my frustration from navigating their poorly built error system (it definitely seeped into my tone.) Basically, this platform is great until something goes wrong, and then all their online systems and AI make it super hard to get the actual help, because they’ve switched out human customer service for automated systems and those never make it easy to work around actual circumstances and are very annoying to talk to.
