A nightmare
They send the tickets the same day of the event, make you download 2 apps and the claiming of the tickets has issues they didn’t know how to solve. The experience was a nightmare.

I was sceptical, paid over the odds for a sold out gig. Tickets arrived via Ticketmaster transfer 2 weeks before. Can’t complain. All good.
Worst experience with tickets/customer service
My ticket was cancelled AT THE DOOR of Celine Dion Paris and the customer service team kept me on for over 40 minutes to just disconnect me in the end. I will never buy here again and dont recommend anyone to do so unless you dont mind traveling to an event with no guarantee you’ll get in.
Fraud
NEVER EVER USE VIAGOGO, I booked tickets on july 12th,2026 for the show sep 12,2026. 2 months earlier and they gave us tickets on the hours before the event. And we booked different tickets front view and spent so much money but on the day of event they gave different tickets of side view after spending so much money. Really disappointing and disgusting experience with viagogo. Never ever use this app. Better use other apps to book your tickets. They promise to give something and gave you different tickets.
