THEY ARE SCAMMERS
I have bought a ticket a week prior, they charge 200aud extra, and there’s no tickets, the capitol theater box office staff members said that they are scammers, and our ticket is under other people’s name, they sell FAKE TICKETS. We’re extremely disappointed when we get there all dressed up and couldn’t go in. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Worst customer support made me lose 1000’s of $
Extremely disappointing and unreliable
I had a terrible experience with viagogo. I bought tickets for FIFA World Cup and the tickets were not delivered to me in time, which prevented me from properly fulfilling my listing. I contacted customer support multiple times, but the issue was not resolved before the deadline.
I was eventually asked to remove my listing after the deadline, with the understanding that the matter would be handled through a refund. However, the tickets were delivered only at the very last minute—when it was too late for me to relist them and realistically resell them.
This is completely unacceptable. A ticket marketplace should ensure tickets are delivered with enough time for sellers to fulfill their obligations. Customer support was unable to resolve the issue when it mattered, and the last-minute delivery left me in an impossible situation.
I would strongly advise buyers and sellers to think twice before using viagogo. The entire experience was stressful, poorly handled, and has seriously damaged my trust in the platform.

No view Bruno Mars
Sadly I paid over 400euro’s to go and NOT see Bruno Mars! I was aware they were side view but to pay this much and Not see him at all was appalling and false advertising- very unhappy especially as normally this service is brilliant

Ordered tickets in January costing £400. Arrived at Wembley with no tickets. Contacted them by phone for over an hour, they said the tickets were sent although I had not recieved any email. They then said to look for other tickets with none available so would process a refund. Thai was my daughter’s 21st birthday!! We drove 3 hours from
Portsmouth only to drive back home again. My daughter’s favourite band and this was their last night so I cannot get more tickets!! Will never use Viagogo EVER again! Been offered no compensation for our unnecessary travel costs!! Disgusting service
