Nicht zu empfehlen!

ch habe bereits dreimal Konzertkarten bei Viagogo gekauft. Jedes Mal gab es Komplikationen beim Erhalt des E-Tickets, die erst wenige Tage vor der Veranstaltung durch mehrmalige Anrufe beim Kundenservice oder durch Eskalation per E-Mail gelöst werden konnten. Die Tickets werden meist über einen anderen Veranstalter oder ein anderes Online-Portal freigegeben. Der Zugriff auf diese Drittanbieter war nicht korrekt eingerichtet, sodass die Benutzerdaten nicht verfügbar waren. Der Kundensupport erfolgte hauptsächlich über Chatbots, die überhaupt nicht hilfreich waren. Nach viel Zeit und Mühe gelang es mir, einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner zu erreichen, und jedes Mal, wenn das Problem nicht bereits beim ersten Anruf gelöst wurde, kostete es mich erneut viel Zeit und Mühe, dem nächsten Mitarbeiter beim nächsten Anruf alles noch einmal zu erklären. Es ist sehr ermüdend, sich mit dem Prozess der Ticketfreigabe auseinanderzusetzen. Ich kann Viagogo überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Es sollte möglich sein, dem Kunden ein E-Ticket per E-Mail, per Post oder auf einem anderen, leicht zugänglichen Weg zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das Risiko und der Druck, meinen Flug oder mein Hotel kurz vor der Veranstaltung stornieren zu müssen, weil das Ticket nicht verfügbar war, haben mich in den Wahnsinn getrieben! Ich werde Viagogo definitiv keinem meiner Freunde weiterempfehlen.

Everything worked perfectly

Getting tickets through visit worked perfectly. We went to Dutch Grand Prix . It was sold out and we were grateful to get these tickets . Everything went smoothly. Visit kept us informed along the way .

They must be paying google a lot of money to keep their scams going

They are a business designed to mislead people and maximise profit. You are rolling a dice whenever you buy a ticket, tickets on this app are sold by individuals and are not thoroughly checked by the business, my guess is that its mostly automated, therefore there is a high chance you could be buying a fake or different ticket than what you’re expecting.

I’ve only bought once and got the wrong ticket and it seems like a common occurrence for many, meaning they likely don’t care.

They’ll put down their own “fee” and charge you way more than you expect.

I’ve requested a refund and wont be surprised if i don’t get my money back.

In conclusion, don’t ever buy from this viagogo.

I bought my Lenny Kravitz tickets through viagogo at the first time and I was a bit nervous before the event. Finally everything was good, couple of days before the event the tickets landed in my inbox. We went to the venue and there was no questions or problems. I’m happy with this service and will check for the future events too.

Bonjour mes filles ont pu assister au concert mais que de problème les places ont été transféré à AXS par Viagogo qui a créé une adresse mail unique pour récupérer les billets normalement cette adresse mail aurait dû ré basculer vers mon adresse email de contact mais impossible de récupérer les billets j’ai appelé le service client Viagogo en France plus de 5 fois en un mois pour signaler le problème aucun des opéra teur n’a réglé le problème la veille du concert après un ultime appel ma fille a réussi à trouver une opératrice compétente qui pu régler le problème franchement on a eu chaud c’est pas très professionnel malheureusement

Uma farsa esse aplicativo! Engano total e lamentável!

Comprei 3 entradas INTEIRAS para o show do DO Djavan (Valor R$3.274,00 as 3), quando cheguei no show fui barrado de entrar, pois a entrada era meia de idoso, ou seja, tive que pagar mais R$1.000,00 para não perder o show! Lamentável e uma enganação total essa instituição.

Brought a ticket from here, for the weekend. Went to try and get in and didn’t work and then when asked for a refund so I can try and buy a different ticket from the ticket box they told me they would call back and never did but when I called back would hang up on me

WARNING: Viagogo Tickets Are Fake

Consumer warning: My experience with Viagogo

I purchased 8 tickets through Viagogo months in advance for the Warriors vs Penrith Panthers match at Go Media Stadium in Auckland.

On the day of the event, the tickets were transferred to me, but when we arrived at the stadium all 8 tickets were rejected at the gate. Stadium staff advised that the tickets were invalid and we were unable to enter.

I am now seeking a full refund and a formal investigation from Viagogo. I have retained all documentation, including ticket transfers and communications with their support team.

Sharing this experience so other fans understand the risks of buying tickets through secondary marketplaces and ensure they have appropriate protections before purchasing.

Sehr ärgerlich!

Wir haben Konzertkarten letztes Jahr im Oktober 25 gekauft. Erstmal war nicht klar, wie die Karten kommen, ob per Post oder digital. Dann konnte man nur mit einer KI chatten und diese sagte uns dann, dass die Karten bis zum Tag des Konzertes spätestens freigeschaltet werden. Nach mehreren Anfragen hatten wir dann auch eine Uhrzeit (drei Stunden vor Konzertbeginn), was ich sehr knapp finde. Auf gut Glück sind wir also ohne Karten losgefahren, 20 Minuten vor Ankunft dann die Info (erst nach Nachfrage!), das die Zustellung nicht erfolgt und die Karten nicht freigeschaltet wurden. Wieder mit KI gechattet, irgendwann wurden wir dann an einen Mitarbeiter zum chatten weitergeleitet. Nach erneuter Anfrage, wurde mitteilt, dass es keine Garantie für die Karten gibt...dann sollte man dies auch auf der Plattform ausdrücklich schreiben! Sehr, sehr ärgerlich. Bin gespannt, ob wir die Erstattung, wie besprochen, erhalten. Einmal und nie wieder!

I bought parking for my event it said it would be 55 dollars. I winded up paying 80 dollars and I could not remove from my purchase. I thought fees were included.
