When I couldn’t get tickets to see Rush using Ticketmaster, I tried viagogo and managed to get tickets straight away.

I bought tickets to a Harry Styles concert which was never transferred from the seller to my Tickrtmaster account. Instead, I was sent someone else’s login details which ended up being blocked by the seller. In the end managed to get in after chasing this up for over three weeks but a dreadful experience I would not want to go through again.

Scam
This app is extremely poorly developed. I have purchased tickets through this app several times, and I have issues with my tickets on multiple occasions. I did not receive the tickets , and for one purchases , the money was taken from my account without providing the service . I do not recommend anyone use this app or this platform. In general , I advise against using any third-party service websites , because the chances of being scammed are extremely high .It’s better to use official websites whenever possible

Easy and Clear
I was worried at first but the site and transaction was really easy and clear. Tickets transferred immediately and the concert was incredible!!!
DO NOT USE IN UK
Only 64% of the money promised to me arrived in my account and Viagogo refused to provide proof they paid me and the fees that were applied to refuse my ticket sold price. This is happening to many people and customer service isn’t helping

Bought tickets for an event in Edinburgh in July 26 a 4 hour drive away and accommodation booked paid over £500 in full in November 25 for front stage standing access
On the day no tickets had arrived and after much chasing and phone calls tickets arrived at approx 1pm for a 5 pm event 4 hours away and they were not for the front stage standing access that I paid for

Late cancellation
Viagogo cancelled my tickets at 8.50 am on day of athletics event starting at 1.30pm. Already on train to event (Diamond League meeting) with non cancellable hotel booked in London. Fortunately I managed to buy inferior location tickets (original booking made in December for premium seats). Whilst I got full refund, whole experience really stressful - booking alternate event tickets on train with poor network signal not great! Spoilt what should have been a special day and special present for my wife. We made the most of the bad situation.

Terrible app
This app is not trustworthy at all. I tried to buy a Ben Nicky ticket on the day, they said that I was meant to have my ticket before 12pm. It gets to 3pm and tickets still did not arrive. This app is a scam, don’t trust it to buy your concert tickets.
