So intelligent

This app’s AI is so sharp it will require 3 or 4 versions of the same video of you taking your kid’s temperature before it approves one. Seems completely arbitrary the way this thing works. It’s also very sensitive to lighting, etc, and if required for your kid will get confused if you yourself are also in the video as you try to wrangle them for daycare.

App locked up while dropping my child off

Not going to debate the merits of this approach but the app can’t lock up connectivity or not.

Thank you for letting us know! We checked in with our tech team and it looks like the Internet may not have been working when you tried to submit this week. Fever Free does need an Internet connection in order to submit your health check. If you’re having Internet trouble in the drop-off/arrival area, you can try submitting from somewhere else where you have a better connection. We're also always here for you any time at (323) 347-7691 if you are having any trouble - we'll get things fixed for you! 😊

Fever isn’t a covid symptom

The app is… fine. But the thing about asymptotic sicknesses is that there’s no symptoms, including fever. So, I guess I hope someone feels better about this, because otherwise it’s just an every-morning pain in the butt that won’t actually stop sicknesses from spreading.

Great app to use when returning to the office

We use this app daily at my workplace and it has been easy to use and effective for the team in getting people back to the office safely. It just involves a quick screening before you leave home and there is peace of mind that your colleagues are all cleared along with you. I’m glad my company instituted this measure and everyone seems pleased with the results.

Super helpful app and easy to use

Our employer had us try this, and it’s been the easiest app to use while still providing a lot of insights and features for our team. Most of my team picked it up on the first use, and we’ve gotten a lot of support and updates since. AI feature is also cool and we prefer it over our old manual process

So much easier!

I love how easy it is to submit a temperature check and get a clearance badge so quickly! It makes me feel safe that everyone is doing this before going into work

Peace of mind

My company uses this and at first was hesitant that it would be a whole thing. But it’s actually really easy to use and they give a health badge after temp is take. Overall gives me greater peace of mind that my company is taking everyone’s healthy so seriously.

It’s like a front of the line pass!!

Instead of waiting in a long line when getting to work for a health check, I do it at home before I leave the office and now I have an extra five minutes to stop for a coffee!! 🥳🥳

So glad my son’s preschool changed to Fever Free

Super easy to use, I’m glad they don’t just ask questions and they actually have a temperature verifier that uses AI. Also really like that you can check the whole family and get a clearance badge. Makes me feel better about sending my son to school knowing all the other families are doing it as well.

Unreliable for School

Do not recommend for use at schools. You can literally scan anything within the correct number range and it will pass - my faves being the weather forecast and calculator. It’s really easy to fake a pass with this app. I don’t think it should be trusted by anyone for COVID related health screenings.

Our tech checks for accuracy in several different ways, one flag being that a thermometer is being properly used! These checks are features that orgs usually opt-in and pay more for in real time. Thanks to your feedback, we’re offering these features free of charge to all schools, non-profits, and first responder groups! (so no more calculator or microwave hacks!).

Create a second profile

I like the app but I have multiple children. Why can’t I have multiple profiles?

Solid app, menu button issue

This is a great app. I got it for my elementary school child when they went back to school. Overall is very helpful, but the menu buttons are barely visible when changing between Home and Settings. It caused a small issue when updating profile information, because I did not notice the button. Otherwise solid app.

It is okay

Will get multiple texts that we need to resubmit, then when we check the app it shows as passed/cleared. This has happened twice in one week of use. Annoying.

Easier and more economic than other options

For a small business owner like myself, this was the best option to go with. Forget spending thousands of dollars on equipment that will go unused in a year. This is the way to go
