Fewlr is a saver for sure! I used to use another website and this one always beats their prices. Great service too! I’m just waiting for them to expand to RI for my second home!

Interesting concept
It has been fun using the FEWLR app. Watching the bids come down has been an unexpected positive experience. Unfortunately with the Iran situation, my latest order settled at the posted max price, but at least it was better than anything I could find online. Hopefully, when I need to order again, prices and practices will be back to normal. I recommend downloading the app and giving them a try.

Great app and great customer service! The app is very easy to use, and I was able to find the best price for oil without a hassle. The customer service has been on point anytime I’ve needed help, which really made the whole experience even better. Fewlr is great
Fewlr completely changed how I order heating oil. Instead of spending hours comparing online listings and calling suppliers, I now press the “Check Max Price” button and wait for a competitive offer. It’s efficient, transparent, and puts me in control of the price I’m willing to pay.
Great customer service!
We’ve been with Fewlr for over a year and it’s been great! It’s fun, it’s cheaper than contracted services we previously had, and the customer service is amazing! I used the in-app help functionality to report my issue (the home page on the app wasn’t resetting so I couldn’t order oil again) and received a call back saying they were on it. I got follow up texts letting me know when the issue was resolved. I love how customer service does just that—serving the customer. It’s a lost art form for many businesses, but Fewlr nails it.

Does the work for me!
Been a customer of another app for many years. Had to pay cash and be home for delivery to get best price. Fewlr is much easier to use and prices are better. Very happy I tried this app. Fully satisfied.

This app is like having seatgeek. Only instead of getting the best prices on tickets it’s for oil
No Value
The service is not as advertised in the TV commercial where I saw it. You can’t see local prices to compare. They give you one price which you pay when ordering (35¢ more than what I currently pay) and then local oil suppliers have 10 minutes to beat that price. I’d rather call around than pay $90 more to this “savings app.”

Very easy & saved me money vs websites and saved time!
Before this app I’d call a bunch of suppliers to compare prices, then I tried a website… and honestly I got burned. A few suppliers would call back later and wouldn’t stick to the price I saw, which was super frustrating.
This Fewlr app has been SO much easier. It’s basically just a few clicks and you’re done, and I consistently got a better price from legit suppliers without all the back-and-forth.
Also—when I had a question, I got a local person on the phone who was actually nice and helpful, like talking to a neighbor. That alone made me trust it.

I used the Fewlr app and saved 10 cents per gallon on my order compared to the site I used to use. It’s cool how the oil companies bid on your order.
Not convinced yet
Not a huge fan so far. (1) App UX was poor. Creating my account was needlessly difficult due to error with my strong password. My passwords met requirements but it took 3 attempts to get it the app to accept it. Maybe it’s just me?(2) Compared lowest projected price in app with a website I’ve been using for years. Online prices are already 5 cents cheaper than the apps lowest projected price. Not sure what I gain with this app so far but I will give it another try the next time I need a fill up.
