Just another oil company
Unfortunately, Heatable started out like gangbusters, but has now become just another example of greed. When Heatable started out in the area a few years ago, they were great. Easy to set up a delivery. Easy to set up an account. Prices were VERY competitive. Deliveries occurred within a day or two after placing orders. Now, after being bought out by another company (I believe), they’ve moved their operations from small town friendly, to big city uptown. Now it takes over a week to get your delivery, and prices have risen from cheaper or the same as elsewhere, to 50¢ or more compared to others. Sad to see this happen, but not surprised. Delete and Reload
I also couldn’t get past the loading screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Works great!
Won’t load
App will not get further than the loading screen. Seems it doesn’t work on Apple products. Everything is updated, still won’t work.
App just spins
Used the app for years but for several months now it just spins and won’t load anything.
24 Hours
EDIT: I’ve been trying for what feels like months to use the app, but it never opens. 1 star for the app, 5 stars for the service they always give. So 3 stars till the app is fixed.
Other companies in the past have taken over a week to get to me because “that’s when we will be in the area”...
Heatable every time so far has come within 24 hours. Amazing company!
