Just another oil company
Unfortunately, Heatable started out like gangbusters, but has now become just another example of greed. When Heatable started out in the area a few years ago, they were great. Easy to set up a delivery. Easy to set up an account. Prices were VERY competitive. Deliveries occurred within a day or two after placing orders. Now, after being bought out by another company (I believe), they’ve moved their operations from small town friendly, to big city uptown. Now it takes over a week to get your delivery, and prices have risen from cheaper or the same as elsewhere, to 50¢ or more compared to others. Sad to see this happen, but not surprised. I also couldn’t get past the loading screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Works great!
Won’t load
App will not get further than the loading screen. Seems it doesn’t work on Apple products. Everything is updated, still won’t work.
App just spins
Used the app for years but for several months now it just spins and won’t load anything.
24 Hours
EDIT: I’ve been trying for what feels like months to use the app, but it never opens. 1 star for the app, 5 stars for the service they always give. So 3 stars till the app is fixed.
Other companies in the past have taken over a week to get to me because “that’s when we will be in the area”...

Broken
App is unusable this heating season. Open to being wrong but I’ve tried every option to get this app to move past the opening page.
App won't open on iOS 18
No response from developer, app will no longer open on iOS. Cannot order oil, so looking at other vendors.
App stopped opening
Good service but App stopped functioning for iPhone after last update. Usually pretty good. Hoping they fix it soon. It’s been a month now and it’s getting cooler out.

No nonsense way to buy a commodity whenever you want, and at prices that are consistently $0.30 to $0.40 cheaper than the alternatives.
Driver was super friendly and they delivered the day after I submitted my order. Seamless experience. I wish everything was this simple. It’s unclear to me why anyone would get their oil elsewhere at this point.

I signed up for Heatable yesterday, saved $.40 a gallon and topped off my tank for winter TODAY!

Heatable is FAST, EASY, & HOT!
What a great app and company! No more having to call during specific hours for tentative pricing or to sort of schedule a delivery that might arrive sometime in the next week if I remember to put a check on the door because they don’t take credit/debit cards.
Heatable solved all the issues I had with ordering heating oil. They made it as easy as clicking a couple buttons on my phone. And, they’ve always delivered the next day... except for one time when I ordered on the app while I was on lunch break at work, and got the notification that it had been delivered while I was on my way home that same day.
Hmmm... funny thing. It looks like a few of my neighbors have started using Heatable too. Strange how that happens!
