Crashes after every item scanned
After an item scans the app doesn’t close but goes into the background. When I go back to it, it says “preparing your shopping trip” and that takes a while. Then it asks me if I want to start a new order or resume. After every single item scan. I keep seeing if there is a new version to fix this. I’ve contacted their customer support. No improvement. And I should add I keep trying the app because the self scan guns in the store are horrible. Also heaven forbid they want to do a quick scan on you when you use the app. Guess what? It doesn’t work, so you have to go and get a self scan gun, which doesn’t work. In this day and age I can’t believe how bad their technology is. Not saving me time or money.

Glitchy but convenient app
When I first downloaded this app it worked fine as long as the store wifi was good. Several months ago it got glitchy. Every time I scan an item it shuts down & I have to reopen the app, wait till it ask to resume shopping, scan the next item & repeat this process with every item I buy. I have tried removing & downloading it again, all updates are done. This is frustrating & takes me longer in the store. Otherwise I love that I can use an app on my phone rather than the scanning guns in the store. I also love that I can scan & pack my reusable bags as I shop! This is a huge time saver, things are packet as I like & checkout is a breeze!

Barely works
The app crashes after each item scanned. I have to re open, confirm resume order and scan the next item. It also would not accept my pin so I could t pay within the app.
Frustrating!
I hope they fix the bug that makes the ap shut down after EVERY. SINGLE. SCAN. Also not clear how to access the digital wallet for payment purposes. Think I’ll be shelving this ap for a while until it improves.
Stopped working
Used to love this app to scan as I go. Now it shuts down and has to be restarted after each item scanned. Please fix this!
