Stopped working
The app was working. Now every time I scan something the app quits. Then I have to restart it. A prompt will come up asking me if I want to start a new cart or resume the shopping trip I started. I’ve tried both options and every time I scan something, the app quits again.
App freezes or closes after each scan
Absolutely terrible app. Once it launches, you scan an item and it either blows the app away or it freezes and you have to manually close the app. I had to launch the app for every single item in my order to get it to work. In 2026, this should not be the case.
Application crashes after every scan
This application barely works after every item that I scan. I have to either force quit the application or the application force quit itself. I also have to use three different registers when checking out because none of them recognize the barcode they get displayed at the end. It’s kind of surprising that they even advertise this as a suitable option.

Works but with bugs
The current version has a nasty bug where the app quits after every item scanned. So I’m constantly re-launching the app and re-syncing my cart from the store’s server.
This problem only started happening with the latest update, so hopefully this will be fixed soon.

System Issues
Every time I go to scan an item it goes down and I have to do a resume. I didn’t have this problem on my IPhone 8 until I got my IPhone 16. It’s totally worthless and frustrating on my new phone.
