Barely works
The app crashes after each item scanned. I have to re open, confirm resume order and scan the next item. It also would not accept my pin so I could t pay within the app.
Frustrating!
I hope they fix the bug that makes the ap shut down after EVERY. SINGLE. SCAN. Also not clear how to access the digital wallet for payment purposes. Think I’ll be shelving this ap for a while until it improves.
Stopped working
Used to love this app to scan as I go. Now it shuts down and has to be restarted after each item scanned. Please fix this!
Nice idea poorly executed
You would be better off not using this app and utilize the scanning guns in the store instead. It constantly crashes after each scan and if you do make it to the checkout 8 times out of 10 you will get audited which would require you having your physical Stop & Shop card to get audited
Please fix repeated crashing
This is a great replacement when all the hand scanners are charging. But now it crashes every time an item is scanned. Please fix!

Awful
It crashed every time I scanned something. Then I’d restart it, wait for it to reconnect, clear a prompt to resume my session, and do it all over again. Really inexcusably bad. I only used it because the touch screen on the store device was not working and I really hope I never have to use it again.

What happened!!
Worked great for years, now crashes after 1 scan! Then relaunch resume you shopping and it crashes after the next one. Fix it!

Update 4/25/25: Have to be fair, the app has worked great for the past couple months. Would be nice if they did some updates to improve it like, call me crazy, a login button. Not sure why my reviews for this app disappeared but the app is terrible. Why no updates in 3 months? Like others I can no longer connect to wifi since ios18. Why is there no login? Only way to login is to add a coupon which prompts the login. What’s the point of storing my payments since that feature doesnt work?

I have to close out and reopen for every scan. The store response is that it’s a bug in the app
App crashes whenever I scan anything
The app crashes every time I scan something. The only way I can use the app is by turning on Multi can, scanning 1bor more items and then turning Multi can back off. If you go to the stop and shop Feedback screens via the app store, that fails too so you can't give any feedback.
Where are the developers?
The app crashes constantly. At this point is useless.

Constant crashing
The app would be great if not for the constant crashing after every single item scan. I check if it has been fixed every few months but the experience is the same. It would be a huge convenience if they got it working.
Disconnects when scanning
It worked great at first. Within the las month or so it stared to disconnect every single time I scan an item. Then I have to login and resume. I won’t use it at all if the store isn’t too busy. Disappointing
