This app is not very good. I submitted a claim and they denied it saying it was an estimate but that was my receipt. I wish it had a message option.
Nothing is working. Everything says try again later.

Hard to navigate
I followed the instruction on uploading receipts and yet the app does not have the function it claims it does. Not very useful…

This app is saying I have two messages, but it's not showing me my messages.

Not hassle free.
Every time I try to log in, it tells me it cannot verify. I answer my security questions and still cannot get access to this app. I have to call and reset everything each time. A major hassle. Face recognition doesn’t work or give you the option even after you tell the app to use it when you sign up “again”.
