WHY CALL APP FHN3?
What’s the n3 for? Play on words? It’s not a play on words if you cannot pronounce “three”. It just causes confusion for native English speakers. Talking to staff on the phone asking how to make an appointment they say “download app FHENTRY”. Cannot find. Can spell for me please? F for Finland, H for Holland, N for Nairobi, tree for numba tree.

Slow, and often hangs...
App that doesn't work...
For a group that has 100s of clinics under its network, it's disappointing to see the dismal quality of the app that is suppose to facilitate the members of the group. It can't even go beyond the login page for starters.....don't promote an app that doesn't work because it just shows how 'professional' your group is
