Worst app ever
You think you are getting full access but just daily coins which you have to purchase. Then your account doesn’t show up after purchase. Don’t waste your money
Not sure why I paid for three months?
I started reading from a browser, then came to a stopping point, where it asked if I want to subscribe (not sure if that was the word they used). I decided to pay for three months, and the payment went through. I read another chapter, then it asked me for coins, or to continue in the app. I downloaded the app, and it’s still asking for coins! Very confused!

App itself
Limited on adds per day. You have to spend money to get points or constantly wait. I have a very tight fixed income and I just wanted to read. Not be stressed out more because I just want to finish a book then pay to keep reading it.
Being charged for an inactive subscription
I have cancelled the subscription and I am still being charged for it. Weekly. I am very unhappy with this. This is not right.
Fraud do not use
This app continuously charges you, even though you did not sign up for a subscription. There is no way to unsubscribe from the weekly charge you did not agree to. You have to dispute the fraud weekly with your credit card. 100% fraud app. Do not use.
Taking my money
I have been trying to cancel this membership for months. How many times do I have to cancel for you to quit charging me?
Frustrating
I’m very frustrated. I paid for the monthly subscription special but then if I am not in the app I have to pay coins to proceed. Once in the book, I am having trouble finding out how to get out of the book without closing the app and going back into the app. Then I have to reading the app at work and iPad at home… there is no chapter listing to help me to go the last chapter I read on the other device. At least update across application devices. Now if I want to go from chapter 2 (iPad) to chapter 34(iPhone) I have to scroll through page after page. Also there is no ability to change to a larger font. I am older and need a larger font. Otherwise, I am enjoying the book, but not the application.

One chapter an hour is ridiculous. I’m not paying for a book. I didn’t purchase the read all you want for a week for 5.99 and it was not read all you want; I got a refund.
If you want to read a book for over an hour, I recommend NovelMe. They aren’t stingy with the coins from simple ads.

Unable to cancel
Good reads, but I am unable to cancel the weekly coin bundles. It didn’t register in the app that I even have it so there is no way to cancel it. I find that very frustrating.
Scam
I purchased the monthly membership where I am supposed to be able to read all the books. However, once I began reading and got to a certain amount chapters. It asked me to purchase coins. I did, and now I can’t get to the next chapter. I don’t play about my money. Y’all need to fix this damn issue. I purchased the membership so I can read the books without having to buy coins. Then I tried logging out so I can login again to see if it fix the issue. I can’t logout. DAMN!🤬🤬🤬

Hidden payments
The one story I am reading is well written and entertaining. However, even after paying $45+ for a 3 month subscription just a few days ago, there is still an undisclosed requirement to “purchase” chapters with points that have to be bought with real money. So, what was that subscription for? I am cancelling my subscription and will just have to imagine how this story ends.

Beware. App tries to take money without authorisation
Was great, read the book had also purchased Coins to read the book but have since finished the book and then a week later I get a notification from my banking app to say a transaction was declined. I then blocked it on my banking app and have had 3 notifications saying this app has tried to take money another 2 times. Thankfully I had used an account I don’t have money in but each transaction has alway been just before midnight. Beware for this app!!! I have also went through the app and couldnt see any saved details so completely cleared all cookies, deleted all saved data and have deleted the app but again it’s tried to take money from my account

Subscription
It’s a cool concept but it gets pricey even with the subscription of coins. I’ve deleted my account but it will not stop charging me. There is no cancel subscription option period!! I’ve emailed customer support but nothing this far. This is really unsettling and I won’t be trying out these types of adds any further.. I’ve learned my lesson that is still on going.

weekly subscription fee only buys you 1000 coins, it’s not actually an unlimited reading subscription like it appears to be. the app runs on buying coins. so if you buy a weekly subscription, you can read about 25 chapters of a single book. the customer service for canceling was prompt and kind.
It’s a scam
I bought a subscription which didn’t unlock anything. Now I can’t cancel the subscription and I was unable to finish the book I was reading.
