Made an account on the website and purchased a few coin packs. I was never able to get the app to even load so I could log in. So I deleted my account via the website. And then received a new bank charge AFTER my account was deleted. I emailed the listed support email, and the email flagged as undeliverable. Guess I’ll be canceling my debit card and getting it replaced.

Misleading with subscriptions. Essentially paid $28 for nothing thinking I could finish my book.
I am really enjoying the story I followed from Facebook. Even bought some coins checked to see how many I’d need to finish and ready $49 so instead I think well I may as well buy a subscription it’s a better deal. Only it’s not. The allow you free access to a handful of the less popular stories and offer you discount coins to purchase on the more popular ones.

Do not use this app, they will make you buy coins then you are stuck with a subscription that you are unable to cancel. Then good luck with that
Absolute Con
The stories are great which is why it gets a 2. But it is an absolute con. It tells you how many coins you need to complete a story and then your coins run out before you finish the story prompting you to buy more.

Misleading
I have a few complaints here and there. But overall the app has been working well. It’s definitely overpriced for the quality of book, but the ads work and the hourly countdown has worked relatively fine.
My biggest problem is that I paid for 2 memberships, assuming that one was a one-time payment. I’ve been trying to cancel but it’s nowhere on any of my settings. It clearly states that I can cancel whenever, but there isn’t anywhere on the app or my device settings that lets me. Even when I clicked delete account I still got charged. When I reached out to their support email over a week ago, they still haven’t replied.
If you download this I highly recommend not paying for the memberships as the benefits are not worth the hassle.

Do not use
Update this app continues to charge me with the app deleted there is no way to cancel and no subscription stated on my Apple account to even start from. If I do not get a response I will have to file fraud charges. I did not sign up for a reoccurring payment but I guess it’s buried in the top off I bought. Again do not use this app no easy way to contact customer service unless you dig for the email and no subscriptions are listed on your accounts but they still charge you.

So far the books are great!!
Money grab
Short chapters, that feel like they get shorter the longer the book so you have to pay more. Deleted the app after about 10 videos, not worth the download. Would give it zero stars if I could.
Subscriptions
So after downloading this app I bought coins . Apparently it’s a renew feature and even though it says you can cancel through the settings there isn’t an option! And now iv been charged again which I’m not happy about and iv emailed you twice regarding this with no response?!

Not worth it
You will eventually hit a pay wall. I got to chapter 89 in one book for free before it wouldn’t let me read anymore and it dropped the one free chapter per hour too. I will be deleting.
Do not use
I signed up and paid for use, but was unable to access books. I cancelled and deleted account but they took more money from my account. I have tried to email them but got no reply. I have even tried to mailing again after the developer (see review response) told me to and had no reply.

How do I cancel this subscription? Do don’t subscribe or you will get stuck in a subscription that you cannot cancel through the APP
I thought I bought coins or what I thought was coins & apparently it’s a subscription I cant cancel
I purchased what I thought was coins for 9.99 a week later I was charged 25.99 for a subscription that I didn’t want with no way to cancel it on the app or website have now sent 2 emails with no response. Why would I pay 25 dollars a weekly subscription and still have to pay for coins additionally. Very unhappy..

There’s no place to cancel the subscription and no one responds to emails. Contacting the bank for fraud.
Can’t cancel a membership
Literally had to replace my card because I couldn’t cancel the cancel anytime membership. I paid $5 one time to read one story and then it wouldn’t let me cancel
