Remote deposit no longer works
I have been remotely depositing checks for months. Last month and this month, the app seems to accept a check but it disappears as if nothing was ever deposited! No message that there was an error or it’s rejected. Nothing. So then I transfer money and there’s an arbitrary limit on how much I can transfer. It’s so ridiculous!

Banking online with Fidelity bank is very convenient. It gives you the opportunity to conduct financial business fast. It is also very easy to use.

I absolutely love this app so so so easy to use and so many features just make it my favorite.
Check deposit
Takes for ever to deposit a check. Chase check deposit much better. Color pictures and you don’t have to take the picture 8 times for it to be accepted. Highly disappointed
Dissatisfied w/ Electronic deposit feature
Before expressing my dissatisfaction w/ in-app banking features, I want to point out that have accounts with capital one bank in addition to your bank. I do not experience any issues with your competitors app, food for thought....
Auto capture feature is extremely difficult to use when attempting to deposit checks electronically.
Also, added requirement of writing “ for electronic deposit only at Fidelity Bank” underneath my endorsement signature on back of check is tedious, time consuming, and an annoyance. The benefit (I assume) behind electronic deposit is to offer customers an alternative(and more convenient) method of depositing money, allowing customers to avoid an additional “errand “ or trip to the bank.
However, electronic deposit on this app is so difficult and time consuming for depositing checks in batches. Extremely inconvenient to such an extent that im forced to make a needless errand to your bank, simply to deposit money. Pointless.
I’m self employed; time is money, and I’m not making money when I’m running errands necessary for business Operations.
Please consider revising this feature. The manner in which the app currently operates has me considering the idea of moving my accounts to one of your competitors: one that allows me the convenience of depositing with ease.

Easy to use!
The Fidelity Bank app is a gem. Easy to use and always available.
They’re all about relationships.
Fidelity was the first bank to contact us when my husband and I started our business. We made a personal connection with Mrs. Green (who sent us an invitation letter to come, meet and talk with her) at the General DeGaulle location in Algiers. She did a great job of making us feel very good about working with Fidelity as our new business bank, and that is why we opened our business account with them.
