Amazing

I have never personally enjoyed an app as much it has everything you need for free if not a little extra I love this app I personally switched from jobber (free but still) to this and it was one of my greatest decisions I have made I have already done a few jobs with this app and the system is amazing

Was 5 Stars before Recent Update

This app had been great, and I’d been using it for a year and a half, but this last update has some significant bugs. It removed the ability to clock “drive time”, which I need for my company, while also clocking random “idle time”.

It also now freezes when scrolling through a clients previous jobs/visits.

Please fix these issues asap and I’ll change this review to a 5 star review, because until this recent update it’s been a great app and extremely reliable

Free Version

My only use a free version and it is everything I need. I could only imagine if I needed more and I use the pay subscription. I could imagine it would be perfect for my everyday use.

Affordable and user friendly! If you have questions or suggestions, the team responds quickly. Streamlined design and lots of attention to detail. I searched for other contractor scheduling apps and they were either clunky or designed for large businesses who can afford a huge platform. This app is perfect for starting a contractor business and has all the features you may need.

Only worked for a short while

I paid for 50 reminders for $2.99, and it worked for a little bit, but then suddenly it stopped sending my reminders and would send me the reminder that it was time to send the reminder and I had to click on each client to send reminder at the specific time that it was due to send. Can’t do it ahead of time cause it would only send right after you clicked it. How useless.

The automated text messages feature is only included in the paid plans (SOLO or CREWS) and cannot be purchased alone since October. In the free plan, messages are sent from your own phone number, and you need to tap-to-send them. What you purchased are extra text messages, for cases when the messages included in the plan are not enough. In order to have automated text messages, you will need to have the SOLO plan, which is $20/month. Write me at contact@fieldvibe.com to find out more

App Improvements

Over the past two years, the FieldVibe team has made many improvements, and the app is now faster, more reliable, and easier to use. While there are still some features I’d like to see added, what really stands out is the team’s willingness to listen to customers and work with them directly. Their dedication gives me confidence that FieldVibe will continue to get better and better.

Rubbish

Sync with google calendar causes app to get stuck on spinning rendering it useless

Hi Paulo, if you have a lot of Google Calendar events, the first time you sync it will take a longer time, but eventually it will sync. Haven't this work afterwards? Contact us on contact@fieldvibe.com with more details and we will figure this out together
