Have ordered new bike and tried to open app. So far all attempts to signup have failed. I just hope I haven’t made a big mistake ordering this bike.

I’m almost given up up fiido, from the lack of customer care and after sales to now this app that is very weird to sign up to and then can’t even sign in to.
Will be deleting and also waiting to hear from someone /anyone from Fiido and looks more than likely I will be cancelling my order before it’s even sent out.
I have other things in life I would rather stress about than this.
