They allow thieves to use this app
I hired a cleaner who stole from me, and they didn’t take it seriously. The people always come without tools and then charge you when they have to buy them. Liars and scammers.

I currently live in Egypt and finding an honest worker takes great effort, someone told me about this app so I tried 3 different times and each person turned out to be bad. The first guy told me we needed to go to the store to buy 4 connector valves to install 1 water heater and 1 washer, so this guy installs 2 and somehow the other 2 are missing. So he swore by Allah which is pretty normal here and will be straight lying (scary). Of course I told him to open his bag and behold my parts were there the theif tried to take them. So I kicked him out. Then second guy came and said it was inspection and I paid him because he said he will return tomorrow and of course he didn't. Then 3rd guy guy and changed the price to 3x more I just accepted it because I wanted to be done. My advice is to go to someone you know who can recommend. It's too much dishonesty and theft.

Booked for electrician, who i called before appointment and told me he is in another city and willnot be coming, talked to Cus service who apologized as being not aware and booked for another one who they promised will call one hour before the appointment which he didnot and didnot show up even !

التنظيف العميق العمال مؤدبه جداااا بس عملهم من على الوش وموش عايزين يتعبوا ويبدو ان أجرهم قليل وبالتالى بيشتغلوا على قد الفلوس اللى بتديهلهم الشركه

Extremely Disappointing - Beware of Unprofessional Service and Deceptive Policies!
I had a dreadful encounter with this app's cleaner maid service, and I'm compelled to share my experience to protect others from similar frustration. The cleaner they sent to my home displayed a shocking lack of knowledge about appropriate cleaning tools and products for different surfaces, leading to disastrous consequences.
To my dismay, she carelessly scratched my brand new bathroom faucet, among other damages caused by her use of acidic cleaner on chrome surfaces. The total estimated cost of these damages exceeds 5,000 EGP!!!
It's deeply disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior from a supposed "cleaning specialist" who should be well-versed in basic cleaning protocols.
Seeking redress, I promptly lodged a complaint through the app, attaching photographic evidence of the damages. After a two-day wait, a customer service representative reached out, offering a mere refund of the cleaning fee (approximately 350 EGP). This unsatisfactory resolution prompted me to remind them of their own policy, which boldly claims to cover 100% of any damage caused by a "specialist."
Their response? The representative had no awareness of such a policy, and I was instructed to check my facts. Frustrated by their ignorance, I forwarded a screenshot of the policy from the app, only to receive another disappointing message later on, stating that the policy solely applies to maintenance specialists, not cleaning specialists.
Such blatant deception is unacceptable! This app employs inept staff and manipulative policies, leaving customers at the mercy of untrained cleaners and uncaring customer service. I caution everyone to steer clear of this app and its misleading claims. My one-star rating serves as a warning, as I would hate for others to endure the distress and loss caused by their fraudulent practices.

لا ينصح بالتعامل مع هذه الشركة. بعد تحديد الميعاد والاتفاق على تنظيف المكان بالكامل وتم التأكيد على ان لا يوجد ساعات محددة لنظافة، عامل النظافة لازم هيخلص كل الشقة دا اللي الشركة قالته
وبعد لما العامله جد قالت لا احنا عندنا عدد ساعات ومش هينفع اكمل الشقة ومش بنشيل سجاد ولا بنظف حيطان ولا بنحرك عفش الشقة 😤 دا ايه النصب دا ادفع ٣٠٠ جنية والشقة مخلصتش ومش نظيفة وكمان مش بتغسل الحاجات اللي استخدمتها في النظافة كل حاجة يقوله دا القوانين الشركة وقوانين الشركة ليه مش بتم شرحها قبل التعاقد علشان شغل نصب 🤬🤬
