Slightly disappointed
As I do my research I am seeing many inaccuracies in people’s public recordings on the stones. Discouraging and disrespectful to those at rest in those plots.
GPS navigation
Wow! The new GPS navigation is great! Five stars. I used the updated feature today and it totally rocks! walked right up to the grave site. A huge thank you for the update.
Improvement could help
If I make an update to an individual within a cemetery I’m working on, it takes me all the way back to the start.
I’d like for it to at least take me back To the location in which I was working, or the individual memorial.

Lacks basic functions
Seems odd that users can’t clear recently viewed memorials.
Login with Ancestry does not work
When I click the login with ancestry button, it just opens my browser and downloads an ancestry.txt file. I can log in with ancestry just fine on the website, but the mobile app does not work
Excellent web site and resource for locating grave sites.
Find a Grave has been an incredible resource in helping find grave sites of family and friends. It really becomes an emotional time to research and think about your own ancestors lives as you locate their burial plots. In many cases you likely had no idea what town or state they even lived in, or their family members were, but this site helps bring it all together. Thank you!

Nobody
does anybody even work for this company/program anymore? The tickets don't get responses, no good updates in a decade, there's no support, the GPS is a total mess now. The app has more glitches now than ever before.... all the while the volunteers are actually doing most of the work with the photos and the logging of the data....

Has gone downhill
App is glitchy and Find a Grave does little to address. Inconsistent application of guidelines. Very poor communication

Login in hasn't worked in 2 months, thus rendering this a totally useless app until they care enough to fix this bug
Great way to remember family
Have used Find A Grave for years. It’s a great way to record family and friends we’ve lost but won’t be forgotten.
IRISH BLESSING ?????
I created a memorial for my recently departed Father, pictures, dates & location that only I would know & have. After I recently logged back in, I see a complete stranger named Irish Blessing took over as CREATOR. It is truly mind boggling how a complete stranger can take over a loved one’s memorial & then has the nerve to have their incoming messages disabled, how convenient! After numerous back & forth with Find A Grave the issue has been resolved, however this should not have been even remotely possible for a random stranger to take over. No surprise his profile shows he has done it to over 9,000 other memorials. Extremely distasteful.

Very helpful. A recent update changed the sort which makes it less useful. I hope they fix it soon.
Don’t care about privacy
I’m not happy with what I had to go through with trespassers bc of this app but it seems like they are trying to help me make it right so I’m thankful for that.
Never works right
I have entered so many tombstone information. Yet it only shows 9. My latest one I entered was 6/27/26, entered it 3x and it still isn’t showing up. I am going to stop using this platform. It’s no good. I don’t even want to rate it a 1…more like 1/4 of that. Through out the years it has never worked right. So frustrating.

Find A Grave
I created a memorial for my recently departed Father, pictures, dates & location that only I would know & have. After I recently logged back in, I see a complete stranger named Irish Blessing took over as CREATOR of my Father’s memorial. This person does not receive messages so I cannot even tell them to get off my father’s page. I have reached out to Find A Grave about this situation & they have yet to bring a resolution by removing the memorial entirely as they promised. Extremely disappointing a random stranger with no life can take over your families memorial. Will be reporting to BBB.
