Absolutely useless
Title says it all.
Lost right hearing aid in heavy scrub, looked twice over many hours with no luck.
Obtained this app in desperation and I had claimed it on my insurance.
Followed the instructions and identified a brief positive so worked in a circle until I found my hearing aid in leaf debris. Amazing I could not be happier.

Not very user friendly
No instructions on how to navigate
Beware
The app didn’t find my hearing aid and wouldn’t let me change to another device or try again once it opened. I told it I found it only to get out of the app and start again. After that it never brought that device up again. The developer needs to change the app to allow you to get out and try again. It’s not worth the money!

Better than good it worked great
I would recommend that system to everyone that has keys of any kind I found my hearing aids first pop and they are extremely costly . It saved me $400.00 bucks

Useless
Lost my left hearing aid. Apple IOS shows it still connected with plenty of battery. This app only locates the iPad I am using to run the app!
Can’t connect to hearing aids
I just paid $19.95, (couldn’t see a way to try it first). Now when I try to connect the hearing aids don’t appear and when I click the button saying that then it takes me to an email to send details. After I send it I can’t get off that page without restarting my iPhone.

Didn’t have much hope of finding it but with prayer and this app, my lost hearing aid is safe and sound. Can’t thank you enough!

I lost my hearing aid last night. Rt one next to my chair were i normally leave them. Left was missing, some way it made it upstairs. I suspect my cat? Will close the case from now on. Thanks worked well.

Found my hearing aid
I realized late in the day that I had lost one of my two hearing aids. I backtracked in my mind and used this app. I finally remembered that in the morning I had been trimming some overgrown citrus trees. I also remembered that I had been inside the branches of the tree. I remembered that the hat I was wearing had been knocked off by catching on branches. I took the app to the tree and began moving the app around. I first had a 20 indicator then a 10 back to 20 then by moving it around I got a 30. At that point I slowed my movement and found a direction of increasing signal strength until it indicated 100. I brushed away some mulch where the strong 100 signal steadied and there was my hearing aid. 😀

The hearing aid was lodged in a kick panel beneath the sink. We never would have found it otherwise!

The app can find my iPad and my MacBook Air if I’m right near them but my hearing aids are not even listed in the app. How can I get my money back?

Sad disappointment
I’m 73 and misplacing a hearing aid is a major problem. I always find mine but tonight I could not so I was anxious. Saw the ad for this app and read couple of good reviews and bought it. The app did nothing. It kept asking if the same two objects shown on a screen were the object I was searching for. I hit the NO button 20 something times and kept re-scanning before I gave up. The hearing aid had a new battery so that was not the problem. It should not have been hard because I knew the corner of the room in which I dropped the hearing aid, but I tried it over the entire room to be certain. I do need the refund that was promised by “Mr. K. Barnes” in the ad. Please tell me how I can have the money refunded. The device is such a good idea. I hope you can develop one that works and I will buy several!

Only works about 3 feet then only shows strong signal when within a few inches. Save yourself $20 and keep shopping.
