doest work and you wont get a refund
although it says you can get a refund if it doesn’t work, you wont. apple support will tell you to email the developer. the support email is dead.
Did not detect when in my hand
I notice a lot of the good reviews are from years ago so maybe the quality has gone down. It continued to say "searching". So I do not recommend, found others that worked better AND my Fitbit was fully charged.
Didn’t work and the app freezes
My Fitbit is syncing but this app can’t find it and it freezes when I tap on help. Refund please!!
Don’t bother if you have a SENSE
I did NOT find my Fitbit, which is a Sense. After downloading the App AND paying the fee, the Apo tells you the Fitbit products supported. I lost it at a megastore. Walked the entire store and did not find my Sense. Now I need to find out how to get a refund for the fee.
