Did not detect when in my hand
I notice a lot of the good reviews are from years ago so maybe the quality has gone down. It continued to say "searching". So I do not recommend, found others that worked better AND my Fitbit was fully charged.
Didn’t work and the app freezes
My Fitbit is syncing but this app can’t find it and it freezes when I tap on help. Refund please!!
Don’t bother if you have a SENSE
I did NOT find my Fitbit, which is a Sense. After downloading the App AND paying the fee, the Apo tells you the Fitbit products supported. I lost it at a megastore. Walked the entire store and did not find my Sense. Now I need to find out how to get a refund for the fee.

Nothing worked correctly with this app. Spent over an hour looking for my lost Fitbit and it never even changed the screen locator when I finally discovered it in my pants pocket in my room. Even when using the app and I was right on top of it! A waste of $5.99!

I purchased today to find my charge 6 and even when I was standing right over it I couldn’t find it! Luckily I only got the week subscription and cancelled immediately.

Too expensive
Far too expensive and I couldn’t find my Fitbit with it. (I am wearing my Fitbit.) There are much better options.
Does not work--total ripoff
I followed the directions exactly. Didn't work. I paid for the premium in case that would help. Still didn't work and I found my Fitbit by myself and it was n a place I had scanned multiple times. Want my money back!
Fitbit inspire
It didn’t find my Fitbit inspire.I found it myself. I need my refund.
Found it when Tile couldn’t!
My Fitbit Inspire 2 popped out of its holder which I realized a few hours later. I remembered that I had the Tile to find it and tried and tried. It’s just not precise - I knew it was somewhere “at home” but it kept showing me somewhere outside. Now the next day, I was tired of searching and just not seeing it so I did some reading and found LightBlue Explorer. Incredibly easy to use and even though I started looking where I’d been searching based on the Tile it just kept saying cold. I decided to come inside the house and started getting some warm beeps. Then warmer! Alas, found in my basement where it must have popped out while I carried the big 5 gallon water jugs. Makes total sense! Tile sent me on a wild goose chase. THIS saved the day!! Great app!!

Couldn't find my Fitbit
Even though I followed the instructions and even paid for the app. Wunderfind app worked better with no payment
Old app. No longer supported
I paid for this app because it said they guaranteed it would work and you’d get your money back if it didn’t. My Fitbit is apparently not compatible and the link to their Help page link is broken and when I emailed them the email bounced.
Doesn’t work
Paid for subscription to locate my son’s lost Fitbit at his school. The app didn’t pickup anything. My son suddenly found it right next to me…but it never showed up on the app.
This app is a ripoff
The app claimed it had found my Fitbit but wanted a $30 payment to “pinpoint” its location. After I paid the fee, it could no longer locate the Fitbit despite the fact that I was standing close enough to it to sync the device on my phone. Don’t waste your money!!
