Never found …
Turns out my Fitbit was 6 inches away and fully charged and synched to my phone … and this app couldn’t locate it!! Scam
Waste of money
Was glad to pay a one time fee to find my Fitbit. Except my Fitbit type was not among choices of Fitbits to find. App dead ended at that point, gave me no other options to continue. Waste of $3.99. Not happy.
Luxe?
Any chance you could add Fitbit Luxe to your list?

Finds my Fitbit every time I lose it
Fitbit finder
Sort of worked was telling me to look in certain spot but it was 10m away in different room and when actually found it it was still looking for it.
Doesn’t have latest models. We used free version instead
So annoyed!

Worked amazingly well
I had placed my Fitbit in my coat pocket (a hidden one that I had forgotten about). I searched all over my home for 3 days straight. I checked the coat several times but missed the hidden pocket.
I googled for help and tried other apps that did not work well. This app clearly indicated that the Fitbit was in my coat when I moved close to the coat stand. I moved the coat away from the coat stand and the app clearly indicated that the Fitbit was in the coat. When I turned it inside out, I found the hidden pocket with the Fitbit inside!
My only difficulty with the app was that it did not mention Charge 6 as an option. I chose Charge HR and it automatically recognized Charge 6. It would help if that was made clear to new users.

WARNING!!!!!!
Although Ace 3 appears in the model list of the free version it does not appear in the paid version! Basically a scam. Refund requested.
Lite says supper charge 5 paid version does not
I tried the lite version. The Ute version. Lets me identify the charge 5. It doesn’t seem to work well so I thought I would try the regular version to see more features.
I pay them find out the charge 5 is not listed.

I clicked in the contact support and it went to a random down a website as if you can’t contact the developer.

It was telling me the watch was downstairs. And when I went upstairs and actually found it, the app didn’t recognise it.

Tried nearly all free finder apps with no success then paid £3.99 for this one and found my Fitbit in 5 minutes. I was demented looking for it haha! Thank you x
Does not work
The lite version suggests Ace3 can be found. It can’t then it asks you to buy the $4 version. That version does not support Ace3.
It just gets worse
I’ve used this for since 2018. It used to get close, but today it couldn’t find the Fitbit at all. I found it myself without the app. Then Iaid the Fitbit beside my iPhone and then by my iPad. Nothing either device.
Waste of money
I downloaded and paid for this thinking it would help me find my Fitbit. Doesn’t work for my Fitbit. Also no way to contact for a refund. Website doesn’t work and tried to email for support and the email bounced back.
