The app doesn’t load.
For the last few weeks, my app hasn’t loaded. It’s difficult to see when the bus is coming… primarily because, the app doesn’t load. It just stays at the load up screen with the Greenlink sign showing.

Worked ok in May, now the app won’t load at all…hasn’t for weeks
App not working?
In town for the first time, love the idea but the QR code in your guide isn’t helpful for the trolley and the app is not working, it just flashes.
Needs improved responsiveness
It is nice to have all of the bus routes and times in one place, but the app often will not let you scrolle when you are trying to examine the bus routes which limits the apps functionality.
